The staffs are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Food was excellent with so many varieties. Fresh and delicious. Rooms clean, spacious and very good views.
Nice room, great view, exceptional service, fabulous food at Collins Kitchen & good location! Extraordinary customer experience!
thank you for the cake! It tastes good and you guys are so sweet! It’s my 2nd time staying at Grand Hyatt and will definitely visit again!!
Very good service good location when i will visit Melbourne i will stay this hotel again
Centrally located, within walking distance to major attractions, right next to Chinatown with plenty of delicious food options. Plus, the hotel provides slippers and toothbrushes.
The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group. The staff are very friendly towards children. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip!

A standard Langham pink, this hotel is super girly! We arrived early for check-in and were able to use the 9th-floor spa center to freshen up. Our room overlooked the Yarra River, and the view from the window was incredibly soothing. The 9th-floor pool is also a sight to behold; even though it was winter when we visited, the pool was wonderfully warm and heated at night. Downstairs, there's a whole...
I'm very satisfied with this hotel... the only downside is that it's a bit too pink, which feels like it's trying too hard to appeal to women.
The service was great! They cleaned the room every day and refilled the water and coffee supplies.
The hotel room was very well-equipped, and the location was excellent for getting around. It was a short walk to the free tram zone, making it super convenient to reach city attractions. Breakfast was also good, served until 10:30 AM on weekdays and 11:00 AM on weekends, which was a huge plus. The hotel ambiance was lovely too, with a beautifully decorated lobby.
Great location right in the Southbank minutes to the center of the CBD. Classic luxury feelings with great service.
Service: The service was incredibly attentive! The lobby manager noticed our confused looks and proactively came over to ask if we needed help, then resolved our issues. Even when we returned to the hotel after 11 PM, the room service staff patiently retrieved our stored luggage and helped load it into the car, maintaining impeccable politeness throughout. Facilities: Excellent gym! Well-equipped...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great — a pleasant area that isn’t overcrowded with tourists. The rooms are excellent, with large queen-size beds, which was very important for us. The hotel also offers a good range of facilities, including a pool, sauna, and breakfast. While the breakfast is not very extensive, it is perfectly sufficient for a few days and includes all the...
Housekeeping cleaned my room once , but I lost some personal items (food and mouse) after the service. Disappointing
It is nice that the hotel equips with Sauna. The parking lots are great. Staff handling check-in is okay.
Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast...
The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! We stayed there before it's central to everything, everything is near by like restaurants ans shopping.
We stayed 2 nights and our room after our first night was not made up by the cleaning staff. The beds were left unmade, the dirty towels left on the floor, the clean towels dumped on the unmade bed. I had to request that the room be serviced with reception, even though the 'service my room' light remained ON for the entire day. When I raised with reception at 2pm, the room remained un made for the...
The hotel and breakfast were lovely, the only thing that disappointed me was the heating in the room didn't function properly I asked reception after we checked on to have a look at it and set the temperature for us coming back later that evening, but the room was still very cold when we returned...
Conveniently located in the CBD, with Chinatown nearby, making shopping and dining very accessible. The breakfast is excellent and caters well to Chinese tastes, offering a good variety. It's also within walking distance to several attractions. Plus, the buses in the CBD are free!
The hotel's location is pretty good. The one-day tour I booked met right outside the Windsor Hotel, which was only a few minutes' walk away. Both Red Apple and Green Apple supermarkets are within walking distance, and Chinatown isn't far either, making evenings very lively. The hotel facilities are admittedly a bit old, but the hygiene is decent. Breakfast is just okay, but it's filling, and surprisingly...
The reviews mentioned the hotel was old, but I found it to be very well-maintained. The carpets were spotless, and there was no musty smell. As a family of three, the room size was more than sufficient. The location is also excellent, with a commercial district just a 5-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient.

Second time staying at Westin, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Service is excellent from Check-in, Valet parking, wait staff are accommodating, friendly and professional. I highly recommended this hote and would stay here again.
The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was spacious and quiet, but the facilities are a bit dated. Since the hotel is a bit old, some in-room amenities need to be replaced, like the noisy toilet seat.
Everything was good overall, but when I asked to switch rooms, I was told there was one available, only to be informed the next day that it wasn't. I'm not sure if there was a lack of internal coordination. Other than that, everything was great, and the location was good too.
Really amazing hotel with great services , amenities are fully packed out and location definitely best among all hotels in Melbourne
Very pleasant stay enjoyed the buffet breakfast.  Location was good for us
As a five star hotel and the cost of the stay would have expected more. Pro of the hotel: location was good and most attraction was easily accessible. Breakfast had quite a good varieties compared to other hotels I had stayed in Australia. Cons: Most of the sockets was spoiled even the toilet one and only 2 power point was working. I was given an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom which made the stay even better than I had expected. I really liked the location of the hotel being near Chinatown as I enjoyed the Asian food options available there.
The room was great, and the executive club food was good too.
Ok stay. Not amazing, we were surprised that they didn’t clean room in the weekend. Staff is ok-ish friendly depending on who you meet.
The hotel is in a great location, close to Chinatown and Thai Town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also close to the tram, making transportation very convenient. The room is spacious and comes with cooking facilities.

The room was a bit small, but the front desk staff was fantastic. We arrived on an early flight and they were able to check us in right away, which we really appreciated.
Fantastic location, next to southern cross station . Room met our needs. Clean and comfortable bedding.
The hotel was close to the station, which made getting there from the airport really convenient! They didn't have a ton of amenities, but the essentials were provided, and I was perfectly happy with that.
Location is perfect for travelers! It is just a short walk to transport. A easy and friendly hotel.
My spouse and I stayed here during Golden Week. We arrived at Melbourne Airport around 5 AM and took the SkyBus to Southern Cross Station. The hotel was close to the station, which was super convenient. The facilities were a bit old, but cleanliness wasn't an issue at all. The elevator was incredibly vintage; it actually made us laugh! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Southern Cross Station, making travel incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, facilities are well-maintained, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. The front desk and staff are professional and friendly, making check-in and check-out efficient and smooth. It's an ideal choice for business travelers.
Great location – super convenient right next to Southern Cross Station and easy access to trams, which made getting around Melbourne really simple. The room was clean and comfortable, overall a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom amenities were quite limited and not provided in full for the number of guests, so we had to ask for addition
The neighbours made a noise complaint which resulted in a letter from management! We let the front desk know our friend was coming over to visit since we haven't seen him for a few years.. we were reminded by the manager on duty that only 2 were staying in our room.. he obviously didn't get the memo that he was only visiting and maybe the Savoy isn't the place for couple to visit if the walls are so...
Excellent...very good location, just step away from southern cross station, near restaurant
The hotel is conveniently located near the station making it ideal for travellers arriving from Melbourne Airport. A Skybus stop is also nearby. The facilities are clean and the room is suitable for two people. However the wardrobe is a bit small for hanging towels and clothes. Everything else is good.
Booked this room for my son. He's stayed here a few times and always had a great experience. The breakfast buffet is also very delicious.

Great location to everything!! Great staff and lovely room and views.
Everything was pretty average, but the location was super convenient for watching the Australian Open!
Pretty good hotel for the price. It’s one stop outside of the free tram zone, but it’s a quick walk across the bridge to town. Front desk staff are super nice, and helped me charge my phone and laptop, because the room does not have any usb plugs, and there were no travel adapters available.
It is located near trams, making it noisy all day. Moreover, it is not in the CBD; it's a 20-minute walk away.
Great staff, good location only 5-10 minute walk or tram ride to the CBD. Went for a performance at Rod Laver only 10 minute walk to there. Great views Will definitely go back if going to Melbourne again.

Close to the airport with shuttle service, everything else was just okay. The shuttle driver was really good, very accommodating. We arrived too late, so for safety, we decided to stay near the airport. It's a decent option if you're looking for a layover hotel.
Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure...
Decent and convenient hotel for short stay with comfortable rooms. Airport transfer is highly convenient especially for early morning flight.
I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Westmeadows for the second time and once again I wasn't disappointed. The whole process was seamless, from choosing my standard of room to phoning them on my arrival at Melbourne airport and phoning for their complementary shuttle bus service I had a 10 minute wait for the nice shuttle bus driver and when you arrive at reception after a 5 minute trip you are greeted...
Minutes from airport and many eating places within walking distance.
This was the only hotel during my 15-day trip in Australia that didn't give me a room at the very end of the hall and didn't secretly downgrade my room type. All the staff were wonderful. There was an elderly white gentleman, I think his name was John, who drove me to the subway station. He was worried I'd take the wrong train back, so he even wrote down directions for two bus routes I could take and...

Beautiful room with large ensuite bathroom. Staff were helpful with accommodating an early check-in. Split system heater/ air-conditioning worked very well. I love the black tea sachets and mini metal kettles!
Friendly staff, kind and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again on my next visit.
Good for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station. For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages.
The hotel is about an eight-minute walk from the Southern Cross Airport bus stop. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The room, though compact, had everything we needed. The only downside was the somewhat limited space in the shower. I'd recommend this hotel for those catching an early flight.
This is a great hotel in Melbourne! Trams are in every corner and you’re just a short walk away from the Southern Cross Station. Room is spacious and has all the things I need. The staff are all warm and accommodating. Will recommend!
All are good except 1) The floor got noise when I was walking. 2) The bed is not anchored. It moved when I tried to sit.

The check in host was late and it was already a late check in at 4pm. The unit was clean, kitchen was good and location was perfect. However, the unit needed some upkeep. Beautiful view from 27th floor but carpet was old and dirty and when taking a shower there was a huge leak on the carpet in the hallway. People at reception desk were quite rude as they acted for the people who owned apartments in the building not for the renters

Very easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.
Clean room, tidy kitchenette, leafy street outlook (B3), parking undercover (just be mindful of your height) friendly staff. Easy walk to Acland, Fitzroy Sts and the beach.
The bathroom was average at best. No storage space or shelves. Shower is tiny. The balcony has no privacy and was very dirty, cobwebs and excessively dusty.
Great to have laundry, however the dryer kept cutting out…took me 4 hours to finally get my washing dry!
Fantastic location and friendly helpful staff. The unit needs some upgrades to be top shelf. Stove top has two speeds, stop and flat out. Chopping board, cutting knife and frypan were quite dismal. Lounge wasn’t comfortable. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Hope these things can be fixed before next visit.

Great holiday park with very new and clean facilities. Reception staff are really friendly with a can do attitude which really makes a huge difference. Yes it is a little tight at times but in my experience this is pretty normal in city centre locations. But you certainly don’t feel like you’re in the city here. The park backs onto a nature reserve and is in a nice part of the city.
I absolutely loved my stay at BIG4 Melbourne Caravan Park! The cabin was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the amenities were honestly the cleanest I’ve experienced — and I’ve stayed at a lot of caravan parks. I arrived after hours and a staff member went out of their way to help me find my cabin, which I really appreciated. The heated pool was a hit, and the outdoor cinema is such a fantastic...

Check in was fine, but it’s a bit painful having to go to an alternate site (particularly after a long drive)! There was not enough parking on-site. The room was pleasant & clean. Except for the shower. The hand held part didn’t work & something very slippery had been left on the shower floor, nearly broke my neck as a result!!! The snacks were a godsend.

The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and the basic breakfast provisions were a welcome surprise. There was a bit of noise from outside the complex after 10pm but otherwise I had a good stay.
