Centrally located, within walking distance to major attractions, right next to Chinatown with plenty of delicious food options. Plus, the hotel provides slippers and toothbrushes.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group. The staff are very friendly towards children. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip!

The reviews mentioned the hotel was old, but I found it to be very well-maintained. The carpets were spotless, and there was no musty smell. Second time staying at Westin, this hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean, beddings are comfortable. Service is excellent from Check-in, Valet parking, wait staff are accommodating, friendly and professional. I highly recommended this hote and would stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was spacious and quiet, but the facilities are a bit dated. Since the hotel is a bit old, some in-room amenities need to be replaced, like the noisy toilet seat.

Everything was good overall, but when I asked to switch rooms, I was told there was one available, only to be informed the next day that it wasn't. I'm not sure if there was a lack of internal coordination. Other than that, everything was great, and the location was good too.

A standard Langham pink, this hotel is super girly! We arrived early for check-in and were able to use the 9th-floor spa center to freshen up. Our room overlooked the Yarra River, and the view from the window was incredibly soothing. I'm very satisfied with this hotel... the only downside is that it's a bit too pink, which feels like it's trying too hard to appeal to women.

The service was great! They cleaned the room every day and refilled the water and coffee supplies.

The hotel room was very well-equipped, and the location was excellent for getting around. It was a short walk to the free tram zone, making it super convenient to reach city attractions. I was given an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom which made the stay even better than I had expected. I really liked the location of the hotel being near Chinatown as I enjoyed the Asian food options available there.

Pretty good hotel for the price. It’s one stop outside of the free tram zone, but it’s a quick walk across the bridge to town. Front desk staff are super nice, and helped me charge my phone and laptop, because the room does not have any usb plugs, and there were no travel adapters available.

Close to the airport with shuttle service, everything else was just okay. The shuttle driver was really good, very accommodating. We arrived too late, so for safety, we decided to stay near the airport. It's a decent option if you're looking for a layover hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station making it ideal for travellers arriving from Melbourne Airport. A Skybus stop is also nearby. The facilities are clean and the room is suitable for two people. However the wardrobe is a bit small for hanging towels and clothes. Everything else is good.

Great holiday park with very new and clean facilities. Reception staff are really friendly with a can do attitude which really makes a huge difference. Yes it is a little tight at times but in my experience this is pretty normal in city centre locations. But you certainly don’t feel like you’re in the city here. The park backs onto a nature reserve and is in a nice part of the city.

We stayed here for two nights. The camp kitchen is very good equipped and the bathrooms are in really good conditions. My daughter loved the playground, the games room and the pool. It is a fantastic site to explore Melbourne and the surrounding area. Really recommend it.
