The advantages include: spacious rooms (we booked a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, which was very convenient); fully equipped rooms with comfortable bedding; and views of the bustling streets, parks, and a small river from the balcony

The scenery is good, and it is perfect for family travel. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. It's not far from the Melbourne Cricket Ground

It was excellent for us. Everything was good. Special for us was New Years Eve, we could see all the fireworks from our balcony.

Located in the center of Melbourne, convenient for travel. The two-bedroom room I booked was very spacious and had a large balcony. I could have given it a full score, but I was not satisfied with the parking

The entrance to the hotel garage is in a small alley at the back and is not easy to find. You need to enter 2 malt house lane in the navigation

The room is large and spacious. It has everything you need. It is not crowded for four people. The view outside the room is also very good. The location is convenient. You can walk to the city center.

The room was not serviced during our 6-day stay (some of it over Easter) and there was no note on the empty ground floor office window where Reception used to be, to advise that Reception has relocated to the 1st Floor, where extra stocks of consumables can be obtained

Amity's Claremont Street property is in an excellent location, close to cafes & restaurants and the major Chapel St & Toorak Rd shopping precincts, as well as to the strategic South Yarra train station and a tram service along Toorak Rd

Had washing machine and dryer (including washing powder), small kitchen with great appliances. It was clean and warm and lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would come back and stay here again for sure

Husband and I stayed in an apartment for one night as we were going to Rod Laver Arena for a show. The staff were friendly and the apartment was wonderful

Having bumped into a staff member in the lifts, we were encouraged to email (!) such requests anytime, which presumably would extend to cleaning, if we did not feel like going to the 1st Floor

This place never stoped being kind friendly helpful welcoming and bake treats too it was the joy in day to know we are ok in this forien land n staying in best place home away from home never a drama

The Comfort Inn Greensborough is a wise option if you are overnighting near the airport. It's a great location for early flights out of Melbourne . The Room was very clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The great news for this motel is it has recently been purchased and undergoing renovation. The room was exactly what we wanted for a one night stay as we come down from country Victoria for hospital appointments

Great room! Awesome spa. much better than the photos and great value for money. Leon the receptionist was very kind and made me feel very welcome. Definitely better than it was over a year ago. Recommend ☺️

The attendant was very friendly and helped for our check in to go very smoothly! The room we had was extremely spacious and was equipped with microwave, mini-fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and more

We actually had a cancellation on our last place, so as I was looking up places in Melbourne, I came across Comfort Inn. We are so happy we came here! It was exactly what we were looking for

High floor, good view, swimming pool and sauna facilities are good but no breakfast

Great accommodation, great views of Melbourne and great facilities of gym/pool etc. Although did not get to use much. Perfect location for trams right outside and very close to Southern cross train station

Location superb, the free tram stop is just in front of the building and made access to shopping centers, train station, bus terminal easy and fantastic. There are eateries at walking distance

Lift to the apartment is quick and not crowded. If come to Melbourne again, this will be my choice of stay and i highly recommend
