They make the room everyday.. towels can be changed as per request. Location is good if u drive.. overall pretty clean.. will recommend it

Fantastic location and friendly helpful staff. The unit needs some upgrades to be top shelf. Stove top has two speeds, stop and flat out. Chopping board, cutting knife and frypan were quite dismal

Very nice property, clean and spacious. Location was a bit out of the way with not a lot of good shops nearby. Some nice cafes nearby though.

Great to have laundry, however the dryer kept cutting out…took me 4 hours to finally get my washing dry!

Otherwise everything was wonderful. Hope these things can be fixed before next visit

There was confusion at check in even though I confirmed two days prior. I had reserved 2 rooms preferably next to each other. Other party arrived before me and given my room even though it was booked in my name

Air con and extra wall heaters perfect for hot/cold weather however no air con or fan in bedroom but again access to balcony should you require fresh air. Parking on property ($25) and tram stop in easy walking distance

However, rooms were extremely clean, all amenities in kitchenette and bathroom and lounge area expansive. Balcony was welcomed and provided fresh air if required

As there are no dining options on the property a must for dining nearby is The Olive Tree (make sure you book) which is a well established dining treat. Stay was on the weekend and area was very quiet

Microwave was on top of the full size fridge, so was hard to reach, even for me (6ft 1, 185 cm) I liked the washing machine and dryer, but only 1 packet of washing liquid was provided and not replenished even though I was there for a week

Very easy to deal with great facilities in the perfect location.

Great Location as I was there for the St Kilda Blues Festival. Everything was in walking distance. The Staff were Polite & Friendly. The Bed I thought was going to be too soft but it was so Comfortable

I had no problems when I stayed here and would defiantly come back, the service was fine, the guy at reception was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here

We loved the Balcony and the double glazed doors to cut out any noise.

location was ideal, very close to plenty of pubs, restaurants and a short walk to the beach

We swagged it; the site was pretty small considering the cost ($75/night) but it is peak season I suppose. Pool was nice but could be a little bigger considering the number of people using but refreshing all the same

Great holiday park with very new and clean facilities. Reception staff are really friendly with a can do attitude which really makes a huge difference

I arrived after hours and a staff member went out of their way to help me find my cabin, which I really appreciated. The heated pool was a hit, and the outdoor cinema is such a fantastic bonus

Yes it is a little tight at times but in my experience this is pretty normal in city centre locations. But you certainly don’t feel like you’re in the city here

The park backs onto a nature reserve and is in a nice part of the city

I absolutely loved my stay at BIG4 Melbourne Caravan Park! The cabin was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the amenities were honestly the cleanest I’ve experienced — and I’ve stayed at a lot of caravan parks

Hence pretty inconvenient especially for those who doesn’t drive. It was tough to look for it especially at night coz is quite dark. com, it says there is a kitchenette but there isn’t

Clean room, Easy checkin. Great extra's included like cereal, coffee, milk, etc.. Great value for money.

Stylish design which is pretty cosy. However there is no reception and no staff at the premises. Check in has to be done at another sister property, think is crest on Barkly

There for a wedding so stayed for a couple of nights and it was perfect with great service and the room was very clean. Highly recommend

Only have toaster, coffee machine, kettle. They also provide some bread, jams, butter, honey, cereals, oj and milk/cream

Kitchen was good no oven but stove top microwave and good size fridge shops were a block away

The Studio Apartment was spotless and very comfortable bedding.Great they had Foxtel and enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony.Great lighting in the bathroom and would recommend.

Very clean and good facilities. Located only 300 metres from shopping centres and Kings Park for a pleasant walk. It has off street parking available in a secure area behind the building.

The room was very quiet, and the bathroom was spotless. The kitchen area was large and well-equipped. They have a cinema, study room, rooftop, kitchen, and gym. The night view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! I'd recommend checking out the terrace for a cup of tea – the view overlooking the neighborhood is lovely

ok after staying in this hostel, i have decided nvr to stay in any hostel again. saw a rat under the fridge in the kitchen 2. they say the toilet is cleaned 5 times a day, but im not exactly sure wat is cleaned

same stains are still seen after a day. ok they do clean the hair from the drain. toilet bowl was clogged and this was the state (refer to third pic - floor of poop) of what i had to bathe in

Pet-friendly with snacks for my pet at reception, which was a lovely touch. The staff were amazing and the secure on-site parking was a big plus. One of my favourite places to stay — will definitely be back!

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with balcony, kitchen (with oven, microwave, large refrigerator) and washer and dryer; it has a lot of space. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. We had to take out the trash ourselves

The standout feature was the rooftop with a tennis court and bookable BBQ area. I hosted a small BBQ gathering there, and it was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had stayed longer and would definitely return

The location is unbeatable, right on the Docklands New Quay waterfront with stunning views and tram access directly in front. Shops, restaurants, and the entertainment precinct are all just steps away

The Sebel is in a great location and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The view was fantastic and staff were friendly and efficient. We had a really enjoyable stay as a family.

We rented a suite at a very affordable price and they provided a cot for our little love. The room was clean and spacious. Every time we entered the lobby, we were greeted with a smile

This place is walking distance to all the downtown shops. The fabulous Melbourne library is a block away (seriously go check it out) and of course food is just around the corner

The staff was great and friendly especially Nick, they are really helpful with everything you need. They also provide parking for $35 per 24hrs

My only complaint (which is nothing on the company) is the lighted billboard outside the window is awful. Make sure to close the curtains well

Room was a bit old but clean and tidy. Aircon system might be confusing for some people but they are happy to help you to set it

Also if you have infant or toddler, they are happy to provide you with high chair and cot with no extra fees

Plus, my room was immaculately clean and comfortable, making it the perfect spot for a good night's rest

Great location, ignoring the trams you can walk almost everywhere (don't ignore the trams!) Rooms are well appointed and great when you compare what a traditional hotel gets you

Large TV in the lounge area and bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car park a very short walk from the hotel and you can go in and out as often as you like. I travel a lot and can strongly recommend

The staff were so welcoming and even changed the bar fridge when I said I’m not drinking alcohol so they changed it to suit us! Lollies & chomps in the lobby we’re a favourite and the towels & beds made each day

Fantastic location close to shops and the theatre. It is always a fun place to stay with friendly, helpful staff, lovely decor and comfy beds. I love the happy hour drinks, coffee machine and the lollies!

The girls at the front desk were especially wonderful, they were so supportive of my friend who ran the Melbourne Marathon and went out of their way to make her feel extra special

Convenient and efficient with free parking. Morning traffic noise is a bit overwhelming and sound proofing between rooms almost non-existent. Otherwise highly recommend this as a budget accommodation

He was then happy to hold the room for us while hubby and I confirmed things our end - only to find we didn't even need it in the end! He was then kind enough not to find the hassle a problem at all

Room was immaculate. Way above expectations. Downfall was small bath towels, over firm bed and ridiculously flat pillows, otherwise you would have gotten excellent on everything.

ULTIQA is off the main streets, but within easy walking distance of almost everything. If you don't feel like walking, trams run along the main streets on either side of Little Collins Street

They are (currently) free to use within the city precinct. Just up Russell Street, and along Bourke Street, a great variety of restaurants and takeaway food is on offer

Anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs might need to book a different style of room. Downstairs, there is a kitchen and dining area as well as a small laundry area

In all directions, there are lots of things to see and do. Our apartment is a loft apartment, with the sleeping area and en-suite on the upper floor

The location was great, right in the town of Chinatown. However, reception closes at 8pm. Hence not much security around the hotel at night. Room was big and spacious.

1 bedroom apartment was very average, you can definitely get nicer accommodations in the CBD for a similar price. Balcony was almost non existent only a small metal frame to stand on, no outdoor seating

Location is just right at the center of China town, plenty of nice restaurants around and easy access to city tram. Hotel room is comfortable and clean.

The location the access the size almost 55 square meters. Note: there is construction happening next door which creates noise and light pollution but we were informed prior to booking so all good

Stayed with my father in a double basement room for a week. The apartment was spacious and in a great location near Fitzroy Gardens and lots of restaurants. This was our second stay and would certainly return

There is a dishwasher and washing machine. I would highly recommend this place assuming the avg night rate stays around 110usd/night
