Nice Hotel with a staff, from front disk to kitchen that was very helpful. Clean and close to the bus pickup. Was there 6 nights and will come back

We had a great time with our group of 10 (split across two rooms) and in particular I wanted to give a shoutout to the staff who were always ready to go the extra mile to help us out, both at reception or dinner.

Thank you for a wonderful week’s stay over Christmas for our family. Every member of staff at VAYA Galtür — from the hotel manager and reception team to the waiters and chef — was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly enhanced our stay. A very special thank you to the chef, who prepared fabulous food and went above and beyond to accommodate my granddaughter, who has multiple allergies. His care and attention made a huge difference and were greatly appreciated. We have stayed at VAYA St Anton and VAYA Zell am See and love the hotel chain, but the staff at Galtür were the best we have encountered. A huge thank you to the entire team.

“My family stayed at the hotel last summer and it was amazing. The rooms were large, clean, modern, and the beds were comfortable. Above all, the service was excellent and friendly. We would especially like to mention Mario, the hotel manager, for his patience — he listened to all our requests and took special care of us. Of course, we would be very happy to return there.”

Had a great stay here. The 2bed suite was perfect for a family of 4. All the staff were great. Reception friendly & bar staff were great. Always polite & chatted daily & interacted with our kids. “Kick” was especially great! And the barman from Croatia.

I can say, that the hotel was really nice and confortable. We liked the kitchen here (breakfast and dinner was fine), and the spa was perfect! We will come back for sure.

Extremely friendly staff who kept the pool open late for us after travelling all day. We had evening room service where the food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast was a massive choice, it had everything all presented very well.

The Berghotel Rasis is a dream! The all-round service and the Kurz family are simply terrific! The family is kindness in person! Location, room, breakfast, everything was great! One thing is certain: we will definitely come back to this great place in Galtür !!!

Great privately run family hotel, great location, perfect breakfast, mega friendly and helpful family who were always at our side with words and deeds. Also guided mountain hikes by the senior boss were always offered. Thank you.
