Hotel Fliana in Ischgl

Absolutely top-notch! The hotel offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday! A very pleasant atmosphere (very tasteful decor, fantastic pools, sauna, etc.), and incredibly attentive and courteous staff, including the owners. You can immediately tell that this hotel is run with passion. The food was absolutely superb, every single day! The surrounding area has something for everyone. My passion is climbing, and I certainly got my money's worth here. In short: Highly recommended! Greetings from Berlin

I have just returned back from a 5 night trip to one of our favourite Alpine resorts - Ischgl. We travelled with our 2 adult children and have the best day at the Hotel Fliana. Hotel location is fantastic overlooking one of the main slopes back into the village. Two lift stations directly outside the hotel make this hotel super easy access onto the huge Ski range of Ischgl. Food at the hotel is super - my favourite the Breakfast with lots of choice. Fabulous staff in the dining area - big shout out to Dom who looked after our table ! This is our second visit to the Fliana - our last visit was in 2020 days before the resort shut before Covid. It was so nice to come back and see all the new renovations, and updates. The hotel has made. The spa facilities at the Fliana are EXCELLENT!! They have a rooftop outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. An indoor pool and the sauna facilities are pristine and spacious with beautiful lounge areas to relax after your treatments. Another big shout and thanks to David in the hotel bar… what a beautiful bar with great views of watching people down at the end of their day! Fabulous trip - thank you Fliana

Excellent accomodation, food variety, SPA area (saunas, body treatment), two smimming pools, outdoor whirpool, fitness area, friendly staff. Many times awarded restaurant for food experience. Perfect location, just near between two gondollas stations. Show cooking dining. Professional wine and cheese sommelier experience. Impressive winesafe, mainly with Bordeaux wine collection.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Family owned, really luxurious but without any hint of stuffiness or unnecessary formality. The facilities are excellent - a large spa, sauna and steam room area, but the real jewel is the roof top pool and hot tub, where you can relax following a hard day’s skiing with a beer and watch people brave the ski in! Food is deliciously, with a big selection on offer. Every member of staff we met was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Great location close to two gondola. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a week skiing, with the half board package. The hotel is excellent on every level. Very close to the main lift, easy walk. All the facilities are of the highest standard, the spa with 2 saunas and a steam room is the best we ever experienced in Austria. The pool on the top floor is a dream come true - was amazing to watch the skiers come down the slopes while having a beer in the jacuzzi or pool. The food was just amazing - we felt super spoilt with an amazing breakfast buffet every day including an egg and omelette station. Dinner every evening was sensational with a wide great choices and cooked to fine dining standards. The hotel works really hard to keep things interesting which is appreciated. Best of all were the team, everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Kata in the restaurant. You will not be disappointed to book here

Stunning location and exceptionally friendly staff team. Right beside two major lifts up to Idalp. Easy check in. Rooms have the most amazing view. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi warm and great fun in the snow. The new spa area is lovely. Don’t miss out on the Apres snacks in the bar, which is stunning with great slop views. Brilliant ski locker with no stairs to navigate. Each room has a spacious heated locker. The food is so nice with a different focus every night. Mohammad and the rest of the lovely team looked after us very well. Would definitely return. Service is excellent and there is a lovely relaxed family atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s right beside the connecting tunnel to the rest of the village. Lots of hire stores, Apres bars and a supermarket near by.

Great location for ease of slopes, the lifts do get very busy in the mornings as everyone heads off up the mountains. Hotel was well presented, fantastic spa facilities. Had a treatment which was great. The Hotel has had a recent make over but not all rooms have been refurbished, these felt dated and tired. Food was great, buffet had plenty of choice, some of the vegetarian options were poor from the menu. Felt the staff were friendly but service could be slow at times and it wasn't overly busy during our stay.

An amazing location, beautiful hotel, attentive staff - I can't say enough! The hotel makes for a perfect location to visit Ischgl, especially for skiing.

My wife and I returned to Hotel Fliana for the first time since 2016. Returning after nearly 10 years did not disappoint. The hotel has the best location to the slopes, giving it a true 'ski in/out' advantage. Having undergone extensive refurbishment in the summer, we were the first guests to enjoy the results. The hotel oozes warmth and sophistication, while retaining many of the original design features. The reception is now on the ground level with easy access to ski room. There were tasteful Christmas decorations everywhere and we were given a very warm welcome. Upon arrival at 14:00, our room was ready and we were given a complimentary upgrade. We checked in online prior to arrival which made the whole process even easier. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom is on the fifth floor, facing the 'home run' ski slope. There is now a gorgeous (heated) pool in front of our balcony as well. The room is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. There is ample storage, especially with ski gear. Bathroom and shower are fantastically finished. Beds are really comfortable too. It was fabulous to have so much space! The spa/indoor pool/sauna are on the first floor. You have to go through a short corridor to the next block in order to access the new outdoor pool and hot tub on the 4th floor. They are, without a doubt, the new attraction. Enjoying a relaxing dip after a day skiing with that view cannot be beaten. There is an excellent bar service too if needed. The new restaurant and wine cellar are beautiful. The staff are welcoming and well trained. We were looked after so well by Mohammad who gave great advice on the wines and dishes. The 5-course dinners were delicious. Courses include 1.a soup between choice of two; 2. starter again between choice of two; 3.salad buffet bar; 4. main course which is a choice between meat, fish or vegetarian; 5. dessert again between a choice of two. There is an incredible wine list to go with dinner too. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with both hot and cold stations, offering a spread of bread and pastries, fresh fruits, cold cuts, cereals and freshly cooked eggs. A wide range of teas and coffees are readily available. The hotel benefits from being just over an hour and 15 minutes' commute from Innsbruck airport by car. Its proximity to the slopes means less than 5 minutes walk to Fimba cable car (up an escalator) and you can ski home to hotel's front door via red run 1a. The centre of town is easily accessed by the Dorftunnel, a travelator packed walkway that takes you into centre of Ischgl. With a plethora of 4-starred and 4-starred superior hotels to choose from, competition is stiff in Ischgl. However, we were so delighted with our return to Fliana for a week of Christmas skiing and felt totally spoiled. This family run hotel has got even better with time and the special treats laid on for Christmas were very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Hotel Fliana to anyone.

Excellent hotel located right next to two gondolas leading to the top of the mountain. We stayed here as a family in March 2025 and enjoyed the easy access to the slopes and proximity to the main street of the town. We also appreciated the large and well-maintained spa with sauna, indoor pool, and relaxation area, as well as the stunning rooftop pool/jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet each morning was extensive and the dinners each evening were delicious, with new courses every day and a large salad bar to go along. The rooms in the hotel all felt new and have great views of the slopes, with some even having their own balcony. Overall, we had a relaxing week at Hotel Fliana and we hope to be back!
