- Amazing location, you won't find better
- For European standards, the breakfast was amazing

Negatives;
- Pillows are uncomfortable and no alternatives avaliable
- Reception closes completely at 9pm
- The English language doesn't seem to be a priority in this hotel. None of the staff speak English well (at the last the 6 or so we encountered) and almost none of the signage is in English - including the booklet in your room
- Rudeness by one of the staff members, as the in-room signage isn't in English we called early morning to ask when breakfast started and she snapped back and said "You woke me up to ask me this question?!"

- An excellent hotel very well located in Ischgl. If you don't need the English language and are happy sleeping on a meter square irritatingly soft reading pillow then this is the hotel for you.
