We were a group of 11 ppl, and all of us really enjoyed the staying.
Super friendly staff, from Romana the receptionist and her colleagues, to the breakfast crew that always took care of everything!
Breakfast was really great, rooms were clean and the 5 star is for the wonderful crew of the hotel, that did beyond everything.
If the hot chocolate was cheaper in Ischgl we would come back sooner than expected!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was great. The breakfast was divine and the people were super nice.

Stayed here with 4 friends and felt very welcome from the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the hotel bar had great drinks and snacks. Overall a really pleasant stay in Ischgl, would happily come back!

We immediately felt at home when arrived at the hotel, we were hosted with support of parking the car. It’s a historical family owned hotel which everyone worked there treated us nicely always with a smile face. The facility of wellness is also pretty well equipped with all the necessary relaxation needed after a skiing day. Ivo the bar keeper, he is super nice guy and always treating us like a long knowing friend. We enjoyed the time there and it was well spent. The only downside is that they supported Arsenal and Liverpool football club😂😂😂

My husband and I are in our 7Os and still love to ski and staying at Hotel Arnika was a real treat! Everything was wonderful, the food was delicious and plentiful, very clean, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff.
Great warm ski room with lockers.
It’s a little far from the lifts so a bit of a walk for us oldies, although the lockers on mountain and at the lifts were a Godsend and very convenient.
We would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again.

Incredible location and super friendly and helpful staff. The food was really good, we had an amazing day outside and two nights of good sleep. Highly recommend!

Modern family owned hotel. Great location and even better hospitality with great food. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to stay again.

Absolutely everything was very well : friendly and helpful staff , car could be parked just in front of the hotel , nice and modern room , ski-room with individual lockers , breakfast with lots of choice , dinner was each evening again an excellent experience! Only a 5-minute walk to the escalator to the Fimbabahn.

Arnika is a nice hotel, but don't expect the service you like. The room is decent, but you have to ask for the items you need. Poor sound isolation. The food is sometimes nice and the service is mixed. Too often very slow. Some waiters are professional and friendly, some are friendly, but not all. Reception and welcome works very well. Internet not working properly.
