Avoid this hotel!!! The rooms are old and dirty. The carpet on the floor is disgustingly dirty, mold on the walls. Lack of wifi connection. Food absolutely basic, the choice for dinner of two dishes at this hotel is pasta with tomato sauce and cream sauce. None of the staff here speak a word of English. They are unhelpful and if you need anything, they let you know that you are bothering them.The worst is the owner/receptionist who, if you don't speak German, makes a fool of you, is arrogant and was even aggressive with me. Staying at this hotel was a nightmare.

I expected more from the place, especially when the hotel is also offered through travel agencies. Upon arrival, the owner spoke only German, he didn't want any vouchers. He didn't say anything...if I hadn't asked when the food was and where we could find the pool, he wouldn't have said anything. The advantage was that we could check in around 2 pm. The rooms are older, the carpet was already dirty from shoes all over the room. We were supposed to have a room for 3 people and there was only a double bed and a sofa bed, after reporting to the reception that we only had two blankets, two beds, the ladies came, replaced it and even took apart the couch. The couch wasn't a full bed - it wasn't flat to sleep on. The furniture was older, the wardrobe was difficult to move, my mattress was already crawled through. Dinner was a big disaster... There was no chance to choose anything. The first evening cabbage and dumplings, the second very poor I would call it risotto, until the third evening there was schnitzel with potatoes (sweet and not good). Drinks were not included. Breakfast better ... They did not have classic ham, everything was just their soft salami, there were some vegetables, fruit in the form of canned salad, cheeses 2 second, Kaiser pastries and bread, cereals, milk, coffee and juice. Ski room shared, but without ski holders, only bike racks.
The swimming pool with sauna is in the next building ... About 10m from the main building. The pool was very chlorinated ... My sons' eyes were completely red. The sauna was only heated to 60 degrees and they turned it off at 6pm.
Overall ... If this accommodation were not a short distance from the slope, it would have been a huge disaster. I would never go here again.

Upon arrival at the reception, the owner was not friendly at all. We received no information and had to find out everything ourselves. (food, ski pass, swimming pool, ...) We did not have a towel and asked for it after 2 days and we received it very reluctantly. How and where we could pick up our ski pass was apparently too much to ask. We took half board, the first day we were okay with breakfast, but after a few days we had had enough, the food in the evening was edible but little or no variety. The same salad bar 4 days, a similar dessert 4 times. Was a bit poor for this price. A positive point: we had a very good shower. Not worth 3 stars!

For the price we paid for our stay, this hotel is substandard. The owner is very unfriendly and rude, everything is too much for him. The rooms need an update. We slept next to a 'private' room (perhaps the staff or owner's room) where there was smoking inside, so the stench of cigarettes came through the wall into our room (when waking up, during the day, going to sleep), very unpleasant for us and especially for our children. The breakfast buffet is very limited: we had to buy fruit ourselves, otherwise very basic. We asked for scrumbled eggs once, which we had to pay extra for afterwards! The evening buffet is not adapted for children. Furthermore, the buffet is very limited with little choice and little variety. The desserts were also very disappointing, every evening the same dry pastry with a different topping. At the end of the week we also had a discussion about charging for tap water, too bad! In the evening you are preferably 'chased away' from the dining room at the table at 9 pm. We booked the hotel among others. because there was a swimming pool for the children, which turned out to be broken. Shame!

Rooms are clean, breakfast is ok but nothing more, dinner is not ok. The furniture is old. The newest was the television. WLAN is bad or no reception at all. From a 3 star hotel was very disappointed.
