The hotel is better than 3 stars.
But the number of stars should reflect the facilities, not the behavior of the employees. Tonight at the table I politely asked a guy with a mustache, about 55-60 years old, if they had soy sauce. The first reaction was to ask the kitchen, then, after the woman who seems to be the restaurant manager, another sour person who does not know how to smile at all, shook her head that they did not have them, the guy answers me: soy sauce in Austria? I was speechless. Ironically, tonight there were shrimps on the table. On the other hand there is a young guy at the reception who is polite and smiling.
The inside pool is not a pool, it's a large jacuzzi. The entire spa area is small, but modern.
The room was ok, clean.
Ski room: the lockers are very small, there are only 2 benches you can use to change your boots for maximum 4 persons. If there are more, you have to do it standing.
Restaurant: food is ok, not great. The plates they use for salads are small, suitable for cookies, there is no way you can use them for salads, so I asked for a bowl everytime.

This is not a 3 star hotel. It should be at least 4. Spacious decorated everything new. The spa is wonderful and spacious. Location next to the cable car

A great venue for walkers. The " Boot Room" has a sink to wash your walking boots and individual lockers opened by your room pass. When you put your boots on the stand, gentle heat dries them and you waterproofs.
I was impressed with the spa. Two saunas, one dry and cooler, the other hotter with a water bucket to make it even hotter. For English people reading this, no swimwear is allowed in the sauna's- you have to go in naked, and there is no dividend facilities for male and female. You won't be out of place, as everyone else is marked. The jacuzzi is massive with a section where you can lie down on a metal frame with a padded pillow for your head. After bathing there is three areas to relax, with six types of herbal teas provided free.
The hotel is directly adjacent to the Naturanbahn gondola lift, with a cracking cafe on the top with wonderful views.

I had such Unpleasant stay in this hotel: Receptionist- cold & rude even Owners are really weird mother & daughter. Quality of food is not what I expected Coffee which they give for breakfast in a thermos 100% reused one, you can feel it as it’s taste like 💩 and food also 2 from 5. Many people can have business but many doesn’t know how to handle it. If you cook then make it great so no one can say that it’s crap. If you have a hotel then add some passion to it and maybe then people will come and say that you did a great job. But so far it’s a family hotel where only coldness and tasteless food.

This hotel has a very good cafe where one can sit on the terrace and and enjoy coffee and delicious cake. They did a great job serving me and my 33 guests quickly and kindly. Try the Marillen brandy 😛 and remember to call ahead if you have a big group. Wish we had had time for the cable car to the top of the mountain.

Stayed one night here as part of a multi day hiking trip in the region. We had a clean and modern room with a fabulous view! Hotel managed baggage transfers required for our inward journey. We opted in for both on site breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was average but satisfying. Dinner was also a buffet which lends itself to some food types but not all and as we arrived late due to a long days hike, food was not as fresh as it might have been earlier in the evening. However we were appreciative of the ease to eat and stay in the same place after a long day. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was well located for arrival by foot and departure the next day by foot. Sauna and spa facilities were lovely.

Great spa, although a bit full of kids to be relaxing. Rooms are a bit basic and food acceptable, could be better. The location is fab for the Natrunbahn (if there's enough snow). We met lots of nice people there, so they must be doing something right!
