One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced in a high end 4 star hotel… The hotel rooms are nice, the restaurant is delicious, the breakfast is good, excellent location close to the ski lift. Yet, all of that shattered when we were met with one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever seen in decades of travelling across the world. To begin with, we booked (on ***********) 4 rooms for thousands of Euros, 2 large with a balcony (extra charge) and 2 small without a balcony. Instead, we were given 2 small rooms with a balcony and 2 larger rooms with no balcony, absolute nonsense. Once again, we paid EXTRA for the large rooms with a balcony. In response to our concerns, we were practically told off with an attitude and zero care, that they are “fully booked” and nothing they could do. The other rooms we booked are fine, no issues there. We are a company of 13 people, bringing a lot of revenue to this place. Once again, the rooms overall are good, so apart from the mood, nothing was spoiled and our spirit stayed up. Come next day, we are trying to have dinner at the hotel, and what we are told, is that they have no space to sit us at 7 pm (regular dinner time).. 13 people, 13 guests of the hotel, are not able to have dinner at the hotel they are staying, WHAT??? Excuse me, but that is ridiculous, that 13 GUESTS, cannot be seated at the hotel they are staying, and paying thousands of Euros for it. Instead when the time was 4:45 pm, we were offered 4 tables at 5:30 pm, which made no sense for us as we were busy. If we were at least met with some apology or the staff tried to resolve any of our issues, we would not be so pissed off, but when all they can say is “we are fully booked, nothing we can do”, the only words that come to mind is UNACCEPTABLE! When we arrived, they had only one person on staff that day (Saturday), who had to take care of, or try to, of all of our issues. That scheduling alone is questionable, but.. sure. This review is in no way, shape or form is trying to attack that person on staff, we completely understand that it’s out of their hands. This review is addressed to the upper management and ownership of this hotel! I hope the hotel owner sees this review, trains the staff on hospitality and customer service, and makes sure these issues do not happen. Otherwise this hotel probably won’t be around in a few years time…
