We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at the hotel Sonngastein. From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The food was amazing- beautifully prepared. Mealtimes were something we genuinely looked forward to. The hotel couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you for making our time in Austria so special.

We have just left after a fabulous week in the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcome and very well looked after. Our two kids thoroughly enjoyed the kids club, the play centre and the very warm and welcoming staff. The food all week was beautiful, lovely breakfasts, great choices for lunch and superb dinners. And child friendly options at each meal. We made great use of the pool, gym and bikes that were available free of charge for guests. We will definitely return.

marvellous hospitality in a family run hotel. All the staff were helpful and very friendly and the food was excellent. The spa facilities and tennis courts were well maintained and very clean and the optional daily activities were well planned and enjoyable

The hotel is beautiful and set in beautiful surroundings, with great facilities, great food and really friendly and helpful staff. We experienced some setbacks with luggage delay and illness while there but the hotel staff were so supportive. I would recommend the hotel to any family wishing to have a mountain-related holiday in winter or otherwise: we loved it!

Just fantastic.. it's a paradise for the kids. Mine(4 and 6) are really enjoying the HUGE playground and pools every day. And for us parents it's also a paradise. We can have our relaxing time, eat out the delicious dinner here with peace while the kids are playing. Will continue the review soon... Still enjoying this great place.
