THE place to go to when in Graz, right at the city center, close to everything, and with great service.

Modern, lovely and clean room, equipped with coffee machine + capsules (which they were giving each day), has a small balcony. Location is 10/10, really close to the city center and all the touristic attractions. We had a view on a park - it’s really beautiful. Although we didn’t have the breakfast included, we managed to see it when passing by - it looked really delicious, there was a great variety...

Parking garage crazy expensive for hotel guests. 70euros for 2 and a half days. Room numbers make no sense 1 is in second floor, 2 in first floor. Good location, nice rooms and liked breakfast a lot.

Almost new hotel , room , good quality material. Big room with everything : coffee + machine, watercooker. Airco and hairdryer and soft bed. The breakfast was big , many choice. The hotel is in centre of city. Parking not free. Next to hotel is parking(underground): price 18 euro/day. In the bathroom : shower is in bath tub, shower not separately.

Graz is offering modern and classic in harmony. NH is offering modern architecture, top facilities, in the old center. Kindness, proffesionalism and confidence. And a parking right under the building.

Stayed one night. Had a beautiful room. Clean, modern, comfortable bed, beautiful shower/bathroom and even a nice view. McDonald right across the in case of late night hunger and its also not far to the center of the city.

The room is comfortable and clean. Still, it seemed a bit strange to me, the bathroom has no door (luckily the toilet is separate and has it). This is an info for those who do not like to share their hygiene rituals with anyone. Breakfast is not worth the money you pay, very poor assortment.

The hotel is o. K. By its own standard a budget hotel. So the rooms, by US standard are very small. Beds are European style, the single in about 3’3” wide, you might fall out. A double bed are simply 2 singles put together… no problem if you don’t mind the "trench" in between. Hotel amenities are good. It’s as everywhere in Austria very clean. Nice and friendly staff. Good located…. With the streetcar...

Confortable hotel with great service and breakfast. I also recommend their restaurant where I ate 2 nights and honestly the food was one of the best I tried in my life. I ate both Shrimps Penne and Salmon with vegetables, the two plates were really good! You should also enjoy their Happy Hour, the cocktails are great.

Clean and comfortable with reasonable price

Excellent hotel, convenient central location, close to messe graz (cross the road) and many other touristic places, historical castle, etc. There is a clean McDonald's cross the road closing after midnight. Kind stuff and clean environment, parking provided.

Excellent service and place, children oriented

Nice resort-style facility in the Austrian Alps with superb service. Rooms can be a bit smallish (size varies depending on where you are in the building) and a bit stuffy during the summer should temperatures get up into the mid-80s F or higher (30+ C) due to limited ventilation. Some of the hotel's secondary dining/drinking facilities are shut down during the summer, but you're within walking distance...

A most enjoyable stay! With a breakfast that fully lives up to the high Austrian standard, with a range of both hot and cold foods. Good quality coffee with the option for a small cake/pastry/petit four to finish off the meal. Quiet & modern rooms, covered parking space with fast EV charging (15 euro total), varied breakfast for a great price. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Süd.

Loved the old style rooms and the atmosphere, in a beautiful area. Friendly and helpful staffs and a great breakfast. Had to stay for only a night but I would love to go back.

We stayed here during our trip to croatie. The hotel was ok we had a big room with our two kids. Breakfast was nice and had a variety of choice. In the hotel there is a little Arnold Swarzenegger museum. The pool outside was not heated so a bit fresh. Around the area there is not much to do, also no restaurant, for that you really have to go to the centre of Graz.

Great place to play tennis. It would be perfect with a slightly better maintained court surface

I got a noisy room hearing car all the night. The room had no telephone to inform reception that my shower has a problem at 23:00 oclock (could not change the direction of water from below to Top shower, but only a quarter of water passed to top shower, Room #220, night 8.10.2020). so I took a shower hardly and left the place at morning.

Website information is not correct..like prize information..for instance breakfast is 13 euro..but is in fact 15 euro.. children are for free....bit only under 12 years.

I turned up and I was found a room at short notice. Clean and comfortable. There is a secure garage for my bike and the breakfast was good.

Staid here for long time. Comfort rooms. Not very big. Service is average. Never offered for reward program.

Stayed in the apartment. Really nice, spacious, clean, air conditioned and modern with large balcony mostly in the shade - which was nice due to the warm weather.

amazing view! Right next to the lift station of Schloßberg, very popular. We waited at the door from 1155am for its 12noon opening to secure seats (no reservation) Food was great! Loved the beef broth, 2 kinds of beef, monkfish and duck breast. All delicious! Service was ok, waiting time (for menu, order and food) was a bit long as it almost got full house immediately after opening 😅

Perfect place for winter holiday. Reality was even better than expectations. Hotel is directly on ski slope. So you will jump into your skis and at the end of the day stop in front of the ski room too. Food was delicious, wide choice for breakfast and home made dinners at the evening. The rooms are clean. The people that welcomed us were helpful and friendly! I'd say this is the perfect spot to stay if you go skiing, there is the skibus at the door and the ski station is 5mn away driving! The cuisine is good and the atmosphere in the restaurant is traditional and relaxed. Last time I came was 12 years ago and the place still have a lot of charm!

Great chalet with an incredible view The Hirtabur hut has 3 spacious bedrooms, a sauna and a beautiful outdoor seating area.

Great self catering accomodation with stunning views and access to the ski slopes. At the top is the restaurant Schnepfnalm offering the usual Austrian fare.

Absolutely without flaws, the staff friendly and the food great. The rooms are great too. The hikes offered by the hotel's hiking guides are demanding, so you can look forward to the delicious cake afterwards. You can absolutely recommend it. The relaxed atmosphere that prevails in the hotel also allows you to talk to other guests.

Service and cleaning great, great. Had a double room on the street side. We were often woken up by motorbikes or cars coming up. That was the only flaw. Special food requests (lactose and gluten allergy) were dealt with without "ifs and buts". Questions about how and where I can best get there were always answered in a friendly and courteous manner. We had the most amazing, impromptu stay at this lovely mountain hotel. The owners and staff exceeded our expectations. They were so kind. The spa and wellness area was beautiful and very relaxing. Also really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. The included five course dinner was delicious and they were able to easily accommodate my gluten allergy even without notice. The lady at the reception and the waiters in the restaurant are all very kind. Like others mentioned, the food was just amazing! The best half-board food I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel! Also the location was super convenient. You can easily reach Rittisberg, Dachstein Glacier and Schladming ski resort, etc. by car or bus.

We were very satisfied with the room and the service at reception. But what we didn't like at all: It was probably our big mistake that we hadn't booked half board, because we were denied dinner in the restaurant. On the first day it was said, according to the waiter, that the restaurant was ONLY open for half board guests and only open the day after next for (other hotel guests). We wanted to have...

We did not stay at the hotel but we only had dinner. Great and relaxed ambiance. Staff was very friendly and the food (and drinks) were amazing. If you want to eat here I highly recommend to make a reservation by phone.

The hotel was beautiful, the food was excellent and every single person from the staff was very friendly and kind. Had a wonderful stay thanks to these people and will definitely come back for more hiking.
