Intercity Graz is new, clean, and bright, offering a very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The location is excellent, right next to Graz Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for travel.

walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

Had a great time in Intercity Graz as this location is right opposite main train station which is so convenient for us to move to our next stop. Other than that, we could reach to everywhere else easily. Graz is also a beautiful place to visit. Don't skip here!

The NH hotel chain is in a great location on a hillside in the old town, just a few minutes' walk from the city center square, with many restaurants nearby.

Very friendly staff, short waiting time at reception, the hotel rooms were very well-maintained and clean. The location is super central, within walking distance of Graz city center. A stunning hotel with really welcoming staff. We arrived early and had full use of their incredible spa - one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel with sauna’s, steam rooms and a magical outdoor hot pool. We had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner in Schladming. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. The wellness area is amazing, and the food with our half board exceeded all expectations. Every staff member was extremely polite and helpful. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed here after visiting Hallstatt. Breakfast and dinner were included, and we also received a Summer Pass, which gave us a free cable car ride to the top of the mountain. It practically freed us from paying for our room. The room we got, is at the other building, but it is connected. It is under renovation, thus a bit dusty along the corridor. If you are driving, it is easy to get to Hallstatt and Dachstein mountain.

Wonderful experience. The only negative comment would be the quality of the pull out couch in the family room. Our kids slept in the bedroom and we were up later in the living room and did not sleep at all during our stay. This could definitely be improved.

A&O hostels have a consistent standard. I recommend them, especially if you are travelling alone — they are a good option for solo travelers.

I really enjoy this hostel because the staffs are very nice and I had a good talk with them. My roommate is so nice and we talked a lot and shared with one whole room together. I felt so happy in Graz although it rained heavily today.

We were given a room on arrival that was not cleaned which resulted in us moving to a huge room. The beds are comfy and it has everything u need including kitchen to cook or make hot drinks. Washing machines ect. Needs a bit of maintenance though. The coat rack in 427 is coming off the wall, there was mould in the bathroom and floors dont seem to have been cleaned in corners.
