Intercity Graz is new, clean, and bright, offering a very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The location is excellent, right next to Graz Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for travel.

Cleaning is strash, service and breakfast are perfect.

walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

Had a great time in Intercity Graz as this location is right opposite main train station which is so convenient for us to move to our next stop. Other than that, we could reach to everywhere else easily. Graz is also a beautiful place to visit. Don't skip here!

Very friendly staff, short waiting time at reception, the hotel rooms were very well-maintained and clean. The location is super central, within walking distance of Graz city center. I want to write for families: this is a great hotel. A place for kids to get their wiggles out (climbing room !!), cheese pizzas, apple juice -- all the things you need for a smooth arrival after a long day of travel. Honestly, they were so kind to our loud, emotional little kids. And the staff's kindness was top notch. I would much rather stay here than a 5 star hotel.

A stunning hotel with really welcoming staff. We arrived early and had full use of their incredible spa - one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel with sauna’s, steam rooms and a magical outdoor hot pool. The hotel also had flowers in the room as they knew we were celebrating an anniversary. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner in Schladming. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. The wellness area is amazing, and the food with our half board exceeded all expectations. Every staff member was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is located close to the highway which is both a plus but due to the noise a minus. The hotel is pet friendly, however, the park in which the dog can run is located quite far. Beds are comfortable and clean, however, the lounge area is quite poor. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is tasty and rich in products.

We really loved this hotel. They have all kinds of amenities, including a spectacular spa, several saunas, bowling alley, electric bikes, and an expensive fitness room. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed here after visiting Hallstatt. Breakfast and dinner were included, and we also received a Summer Pass, which gave us a free cable car ride to the top of the mountain. It practically freed us from paying for our room. The room we got, is at the other building, but it is connected. It is under renovation, thus a bit dusty along the corridor. If you are driving, it is easy to get to Hallstatt and Dachstein mountain.

Wonderful experience. The only negative comment would be the quality of the pull out couch in the family room. Our kids slept in the bedroom and we were up later in the living room and did not sleep at all during our stay. This could definitely be improved.

Very well-maintained mid-range hotel with top-notch service in all areas and excellent staff. Great transport links, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. Only about 500m to the main train station. Very good breakfast, with various egg dishes available to order. The only downside is that rooms on the 4th floor are only accessible via stairs from the 3rd floor.
