Revisited Adapura in winter after a great stay in summer. We were not disappointed, it was lovely. Good vibe, great staff, enjoyed the wellness and food and skiing starts at your doorstep! The heated ski lockers, indoor access to the rental shop were an unexpected bonus. Thank you for your hospitality .

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room we had was generous in size and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently right next to the gondola. The 3 restaurants are buffet style and we think they did a good job. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. Overall we had a top experience. Thank you Adupura.

“I had a pleasant stay at Adapura. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The double room type II (4 you) was adequate size for 2 adult males, comprising of a large double bed & a single sofa bed, which I believe can transform into bunkbeds as normally a family room. The ski hire shop next to the hotel was very handy & the huge lockers ( 2 for each room ) were impressive. Spa area is nice, with quite a large pool - didn't use any of the other facilities on offer. The restaurant situation is quite interesting. There are 4 , Italian, Asian, traditional Austrian & and a-la carte. The a-la-carte is not part of your package price, which I found disappointing. The 3 other restaurants are self service buffets. These need to be booked before you take your breakfast. If you are a late riser, you will find that the Italian is fully booked for both the 6.30 & the 8.00pm spots. The food is very good & kept topped up, so nobody goes short. Asian restaurant my personal favourite. That said, as a 4+ star hotel, I would have hoped a-la-carte would have been standard. The hotel location is great as next to gondola. Negative points are few, but must mention that 1 tiny bar of soap in the room between 2 for the week is a bit stingy. I'm sure if we had asked at reception, they would have provided more. Also, hotel reception is only staffed between 8am - 8pm. I don't know what would happen if there was an emergency during the night. Also, when I asked for a wake up call at 6am on departure day, I was advised there was no chance as reception doesn't open 'til 8. Minor constructive criticism as I had a great week & I would recommend.”

This hotel is worth every penny! From the moment you enter it is warm and friendly. Perfect location, amazing food and variety, rooms are lovely and spa is a bonus. My only very small criticism is the pillows and we had to ask for more which were still as lumpy but the mattress is great so doesn’t distract from 5 stars. Even when daughters teddy and pj’s were lost in the laundry they were returned quickly with a cute note! Thank you. We will be back. Also the ski resort itself is great, lovely slopes and very reasonable priced hot chocolate!

We came to Hotel Adapura as a family of three and despite the modern and exclusive feel, we were made to feel at home. The rooms, restaurants and bar areas were fantastic. I don't normally go for all inclusive/buffet style hotels, however the quality and choice was outstanding. A special mention to Carl, who was friendly and professional - going above and beyond. Brilliant young man.

Good hotel, decent food, clean rooms, good location, good spa, but charge 4 euros for tap water at supper. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth when it's free at breakfast. Stop doing that please - it should be free

I do not normally write reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion as felt some of the reviews left were inaccurate and did not represent an accurate description of wonderful hotel. My husband and I have the pleasure to be guests currently at this superb establishment, its location to the Grafenberg lift is perfect as literally takes five minutes, there is also excellent ski rental shop on site where we had pre=booked our skis as extra discount if book in advance. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of Prosecco or Orange juice if preferred and a delicious Waffle. Our room was not ready as arrived in the morning but we were shown to a room to store our luggage while we waited. This allowed us to sort out our skis and the lovely receptionist escorted us to the Ski shop.to collect these. We were advised our room was ready quite quickly, Receptionist explained how to book your evening meals, which could be done at breakfast, Spa facilities, bars etc., We were handed our key and receptionist kindly escorted to ski locker area, where we had a locker-each. Once our skis were stored we were escorted back to retrieve our cases and shown how to lifts to access our room. The room on entry was amazing, spacious, ultra modern bathroom, good storage, coffee machine, and a lovely large balcony. There had previously been some negative feedback about the bed, pillows etc., Incan tell you that was not the case with ours, it was a dream to comeback to after a hard days skiing. The shower was superb with excellent power, and consistent with temperature as selected. Housekeeping staff could not do enough for you and our room was always immaculate. There are two restraunts are superb, breakfast had something for everyone, and in the evening you have a choice of Italian which was our favourite. The Austrian restaurant was also excellent and my wife loved this as did Asian nights etc., with more exotic dishes which she devoured. The Pool and Spa area are beautiful, where you can sit/lie in the Sauna overlooking the mountains. The staff are welcoming, friendly and cannot do enough for you and always greeted with a smile. There was negative comments about tipping but this was no different than what your normally asked via the card machine and not asked every time, you ordered a drink, only when you settled your tab when leaving, and you can say No, though the amount of money requested for the tip if decided to give was negligible and the staff provided an excellent service and very diligent, so why not. I have given an honest reflection of out experience at the Adapura Hotel which earns five stars from myself and my wife.

Great hotel overall. Perfect location for ski vacation.

Pro:
- located near the ski lifts
- has multiple restaurants (chinese, italian, international), all of them buffet
- underground complimentary parking
- great ski depot / rooms (you have 1-2 big closets for storing all your equipment)
- spa with multiple saunas (classic, infrared, wet)
- has a sports equipment center with direct entry from the hotel, useful for buying / renting equipment
- nearby supermarket

Cons:
- the staff may be sometimes somewhat arrogant / not willing to help
- room design is not the best one. In the bathroom there's a huge toilet door blocking the whole bathroom when you open it. There's also no door for the actual bathroom, if you're in the shower and someone opens the room entrance door, the people from outside can see you naked in the shower
- bathroom is missing amenities / toiletries (you only get a horrible cheap shower gel and soap)
- just one bottle of complimentary water in the room for your whole stay

We had an unforgettable stay at Adapura this past summer! The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, the food was absolutely amazing (so many fresh and delicious options), and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

What made it extra special for us: during this trip, my partner proposed — making our stay truly unforgettable. We felt so welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Also loved the pool area and the peaceful surroundings.

Can’t wait to come back — this hotel will always have a special place in our hearts. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, all-inclusive mountain escape!
