The first question is, does this hotel deserve 3 stars?! No! He definitely deserves more! The Gundolf Hotel's facilities leave nothing to be desired. There is a spa area with jacuzzi, saunas and steam baths. A restaurant that can compete with many top restaurants. You can tell from the housekeeping staff that it's really important to them that the guest feels comfortable - and that's where room service starts, not ends with the hosts. We felt very valued. The distance to the Pitztal Glacier and Lake Riffelsee makes the hotel very interesting. The mountain railways can be reached on foot. Also highly recommended is the day tour to Kaunertal from Hotel Gundolf, which takes just under 45 minutes by car - a trip that will definitely provide you with an unforgettable experience. We thank you for the wonderful days that we were allowed to spend at Hotel Gundolf - it was really great with you!

An excellent hotel that leaves nothing to be desired! The owners and staff were always very friendly and willing to provide information. The meal was excellent. Our hiking holiday in beautiful Pitztal was also improved. Many thanks to EVERYONE from the GUNDOLF Hotel!!!

They really try to make guests happy and even provided a super early runners breakfast because there were so many of us. Dinner was good too.

Always love staying here during our training camps with the team. The rooms, food/dining and staff are wonderful. Highly recommended if you’re head for snow, hiking or any other reason.

They had a more-course dinner every day. However, they missed to offer a vegetarian alternative. In the menu it was said, that deviations from the menu cost additionally. So we somehow got along with the non-vegetarian food. I think this is a bit outdated.
