The name says it all... Nice, very well organised, extensive menu to choose from (something for everyone), central location.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and good food. Rooms were spacious and clean. Spa was lovely but no jacuzzi. They had a small pool, relax rooms, sauna, steam, cold pool and a "vital bar" with juice, tea and snacks (nuts open so if youre allergic defo avoid!)

I am coeliac/gluten free and they accommodated me very well and the food was delicious. They show allergens on their menus and were very hellful eith me. However, the menu did specify certain dishes were nut free and they certainty weren't!

Location was great, very close to the town centre (1 min walk), free shuttle service to and from both rosshütte and gschwandtkopf slopes.

Ski room to store boards, skis and heated boot storage.

What a great hotel and staff.! With very pleasant rooms and lots of areas in the hotel to relax in, we felt very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Bergland. A special mention to Andy, ‘super’ Mario, Francesco and Yvette who all looked after at meal times and in the lounge. Our thanks to Markus who welcomed us on our arrival and waved us goodbye. We have no hesitation to recommending this hotel. James and Family.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The food is excellent every meal and afternoon tea. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s led from the top. The couple that own the Bergland are alway on hand. Which is a rarity these days. When it says an all inclusive you think of mediocre food and drink. This is the opposite at the Bergland. This is my second visit. Well worth the money

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Hotel Bergland. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, delicious, and offered a wide variety of choices each day. The drinks available were of very good quality and complemented the meals extremely well. We also appreciated having the same table allocated for all of our meals, which created a calm and organised dining experience even during the busy half term period. There were no queues for food or drink at any time, and the gala night was a particular highlight with an excellent selection of varied dishes. The swimming pool was a lovely and peaceful place to relax after time on the slopes. Our room offered beautiful views of the snow covered mountains, which made each morning feel very special. The majority of staff were consistently friendly, and although there were two who were not quite as welcoming, every member of the team worked very hard to ensure that guests were well looked after. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and a genuinely pleasant place to unwind. We especially enjoyed sitting by the window or in front of the fire after a day out. Access to the slopes was straightforward, and it was very enjoyable to wander through the village from such a convenient location.

I cannot fault our stay, and the wonderful staff at Hotel Bergland. We had not been skiing for 15 years (!) and this was the perfect reminder of what we have been missing. Short transfer from Innsbruck, fabulous food, Ski bus just outside the hotel to 2 different ski areas, not extensive, but perfect for us, well maintained wide Blue and Red runs.
Nice touches for a birthday celebration and Valentines.

Marcus the owner runs the hotel like a family business. He welcomed us personally and paid special attention to our group of 24. The staff are also treated very well, and it showed in the wonderful hospitality they extended to us. The food was delicious, varied and well presented. The room we had was cleaned everyday and was comfortable. I really liked the spa and pool. This hotel is paying attention to sustainable operation, in a town that is also setting an example of how it can reduce its impact on the environment by using local renewable resources for heat, food and energy. It's close to trains and busses and is a short walk to hiking and ski trails and shops. Thank you Marcus for being a great host.

Great all inclusive hotel - nothing to fault. The hardworking staff are friendly & polite. Nothing is too much trouble - the staff certainly add to the experience Great food at all meals - including the afternoon snacks & pre dinner Great gala dinner & music evening The wine & drinks options are wide ranging The pool is fabulous & the robes to take to the pool a welcome extra We paid for a larger room which had a terrace - room position was nice & quiet Have just returned from our week at the Bergland & have already booked again for next year - fingers crossed for plenty of snow Thanks to all at the Bergland

Once again after many visits Bergland provided a friendly, comfortable and efficient service. Excellent food and wine included and welcome spa. Very convenient for village and ski areas. Cant wait to go back.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Bergland and cannot say enough about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptional—genuine, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. Their hospitality truly sets this place apart!

The spa was absolutely incredible. The food was equally impressive; delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a highlight of the stay. Every meal felt like a treat.

It’s clear that pride and care go into every detail, and it shows. I will most definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.
