Alpenhotel Tirolerhof in Neustift

Really nice hotel. Good location to go to Stubai Glacier. We really like they could get everything for us like the passes, ski equipment rental and help booked classes. They actually have an in house ski school but we were here a bit early to use the in house one. But they have a partnership with Schischule Neustift and we had a great time.

The spa here was divine. Aromatheraphy steam room, salt room, infrared sauna, tea station. After spending the day on the slope it was a welcome treat.

The rooms are comfy and clean. Floors are surprisingly heated. It was so cute that they folded the blankets differently. Rooms were peaceful and waking up to the view of the snow covered scene was so dreamy.

Food was quite nice. We liked that there were days we could decline the dinner with our half board package as we did not fancy the menu. The hotel is walking distance to other restaurants but after the sauna we passed out in our rooms.

Definitelg will come and stay here again when we come back to ski in the area.

2nd visit to The Tirolerhof in 3 months; beginning and end of Summer season. Both stays excellent and the staff did seem genuinely pleased to see us this 2nd time! Hotel has a real family feel and everyone is happy to help out at any time. Rooms are clean and beds are extremely comfy. All public areas are also cleaned to a high standard and there is a really homely vibe in this fantastically situated hotel. Great choice of food for breakfast and evening meal and they appear to have introduced an option of being able to miss evening meal for a credit to your bill...just in case you fancy a pizza! Really no need to say how close you are to various walks and the local bus service...the supermarket across the road is also open again. You won't be disappointed if you choose The Tirolerhof for your Neustift vacation...already planning to stay next year.

Wonderful holiday. Our fourth at the hotel. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. 70 year olds and under 10s equally well looked after by friendly helpful and professional staff at front of house and in the dining room and bedrooms. Hotel spotlessly clean and food excellent. Wouldn't change a thing. Back soon.

We have just spent a fantastic week at Alpenhotel Tirolerhof. We are a family group of 11 people ranging from 11 to 76 , and the hotel catered for us perfectly. Celebrating our Golden wedding here was the best decision as it could not have been more perfect. All the rooms are very spacious, especially the family rooms. The food was tasty and plentiful, even for one picky teenager. Everywhere was really clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Sjolt and the reception staff. Neustift is an excellent destination for a family holiday. Thank you

Excellent location. Superb staff and attentive. Spacious and clean rooms. Very good food. Fantastic swimming pool and Wellness suite. Added benefit of the Stubai Card giving free access to lifts, bus and other facilities. A short transfer time from Innsbruck. Varied choice of walks from easy, moderate to challenging. We will be back as there are many more and different walks to be undertaken. P.S. we love Austria for its cleanliness, efficiency and friendly people.

This is our third stay at The Tirolerhof and it never disappoints. Even though this was their first week of opening for the season, everything was more than ready to welcome guests and it really is impossible to pick fault. The staff are friendly and attentive and are happy to help in any situation...from replacing forgotten chargers...to looking for missing socks blown from the balcony! The food is excellent; from the help yourself breakfast to the wonderful hearty evening meal. Great vegetarian option also. Rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the outside space around the pool area has been fantastically upgraded with new chairs etc. The hotel is in the ideal spot for the many Alpine walks and the regular bus service gets you further afield. Again, this hotel is great but it's the staff at this family run establishment that enhance your stay tenfold.

We stayed at the Alpenhotel Tirolerhof for a one week winter break and really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and ambience of the hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially the bar and dining staff and those on reception. The room was warm and comfortable with a lovely view of the mountains and spotlessly clean. We were aware from other reviews that tea and coffee making facilities were not available in the room so took a travel kettle with us to enable us to make an early morning cup of tea before breakfast. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice and the 4 course evening meals were of good quality. We were not skiing but have skied in many resorts over the years and we both agreed that although the bus service was very good, having to get a bus to the main glacier ski area would not have been to our liking. However, the hotel was close to all the amenities of the village of Neustift and the bus stop to get to the ski areas. We enjoyed our stay at the Alpenhotel Tirolerhof and would like to revisit in the summer to see the mountains from a different perspective.

The arrival was easy. The bus from the Innsbruck station stops right next to the hotel. The reception greeted us with a surprise. We were upgraded to a wonderful one bedroom apartment after having booked a double room! We stayed for 7 days. We had booked directly with the hotel and received a full package with HB, ski passes for 6 days, and free ski rental. The hotel is warm and clean, staff is friendly and super efficient and all our needs were met. The spa in the afternoon was bliss, and the HB had a choice with vegetarian options for dinner. The Glacier and the Schlick 2000 ski zones are about 20 min by bus, which runs every 30 min up and down the valley and is free to use with a ski pass. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a fabulous ski vacation.

We loved our week at the Tirolerhof. The couple who run the hotel are exceptionally welcoming and went out of their way to give us tips on possible walks and days out. We enjoyed the daily cake buffet and the beautiful outside pool was very inviting and never busy. The spa was also relaxing after a day’s walking. We would happily return.

Had a wonderful stay at hotel Tirolerhof. Got a free room upgrade on arrival the room was massive, had a sitting area and bedroom. The only thing I disliked was the synthetic material used in the bedding, It made it to hot and not soft. Pillows were good. The balcony over looked the pool. All the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a buffet with a good choice of food, you had a menu on your table for evening food; there was only a meat or veg choice but as long as you are not to fussy eater all the food was lovely. Every night was a four course meal. Then relax on the patio or bar Hotel has a small outdoor heated pool, big enough for a swim, it also has a water jet which was great for sore muscles at the end of a hard days walk. Or just lays around on the sunbeds. Also has an indoor whirl pool and 5 saunas, you get clean pool towels every day. The showers in the spa are wonderful too. The hotel is situated 100m from the nearest lift and bus stops. You get a stubai card from the hotel which gives you 1 ride per day on 4 lifts and free buses as much as you need. The area has something for everyone, whether you wish just to go up the lift for coffee or if you wish to climb to the top of the mountain. Neustift town has things on in the evenings, just a short walk up the road. We had two nights of great entertainment and it’s all free. Brilliant hotel well differently go back.
