On the Way Hotel in Spital

1)Arriving for a late check in, there is a machine you can do it online and by yourself. That is considered an initiative however the machine is not working.
We filled in everything, put the card on the POS and then an error occurred.
We went inside to the reception. A lot of people were expecting assistance and there was only one employee to cover the night shift.
Coincidentally, a couple with kids before me was facing the exact same issue, stating they already paid before the error occurred -so we have believed as well-. Well, the employee was not really patient explaining and the friendly smile started fading. I suggested they put a sign on the machine that is not working and she replied "It is working, the error meant there was an issue with the payment". Previously though, she nodded "mhhm yes" when i asked if there is an issue with the machine.
Finally checking in, going outside to take some things from the car, another group of people were going through the same issue.
So the organisation and customer service need improvement, I know repeating things can be frustrating but especially for employees it's importand to be friendly and helping your customers find a logical solution. You're not there to teach them a lesson nor exchange attitude to establish dominance :).
2) There was no parking space. It was chaotic, all the spaces were full. Parking should be equal to the amount of rooms.
3) Room cleanliness is very mediocre, i saw some hair on the bedding and a chunk of hair on the bin that was not mine. For a twin bed there was only one piece of complimentary candy which was odd like someone had been there before us. There was no mini fridge. The towels were okay-ish for me (1,55cm) but for taller people rather small.
Also we booked supposedly a double room for 2 adults and a child since it was the last option on the site but there was no room for a third person. Overall I was not satisfied.
4) Good things are, the hotel is on the way to the highway so location is good and there is no extra charge for bringing your pet along. Also breakfast was included in the price and it was very nice. Also reception spoke English.

Rooms with hair and dirt everywhere, slow or no wifi at all, way too overpriced

No AC, rooms in moderate condition. 1 Small double bed for two guests. Still, a charming place. And the food is amazing
