Probably was the last time...
Frequento spesso questo Hotel perché le stanze sono accoglienti e l'Hotel in stile baita di montagna mi è sempre piaciuto, ma o avrò la certezza che hanno fatto cambiamenti per la colazione o non ci tornerò più, 24 euro per dell'affettato scadente, bacon e croissant non ci sono, macchinetta dei succhi che si inceppa ogni due secondi, caffè espresso che non è un espresso...anche no... tornerò al Ramada o allo Stainzerhof Hotel, lì le stanze sono belle e la colazione dieci volte meglio e più economica

Very spacious and clean room, bathroom clean, near main roads but room quiet. Super social and good restaurant on ground floor is very convenient

Find somewhere else to stay.
This is not a good hotel at all. I think it was very overpriced for what it offered.
Not even a bottle of water in the bedroom. No iron, no coffee, queen sized bed (two singles put together with a single duvet. Really .. what’s the point of paying for a queen sized bed when you can only use it is a single.
Nobody speaks English at the hotel (apart from on last day I met somebody who spoke English)
No reception at all (no one to greet you). Everything is done on a checking in machine. I don’t particularly like this.. it’s impersonal and not very welcoming.
The restaurant attached wasn’t good either. Menu is in German and not available in English and the restaurant manager cannot speak English to translate it. When I did order food it came VERY quickly. A mixed grill for instance arrived on my table within 3-4 minutes after ordering so clearly pre-cooked and reheated.
Lastly a 500ml Coca Cola costs…. Wait for it …. €5.90.
Do yourself a favour… if you need to stay in the area, you’re better off staying at Hotel Sud. At least there one feels welcome.
I felt very unwelcome at this hotel and it was pretty expensive too.
PS. They don’t do toast at breakfast either, nor bacon.

The most important thing I would like to say is gratitude to all the staff and owners of the hotel! The first time we came to this hotel was by accident. We are Ukrainians and were heading to our daughter in Italy in April. We could not check into any hotel in Vienna at night and continued on our way. Having traveled 1200 km in a day, we ended up in Graz. After getting rejected in three hotels around 6 am, we decided to try another one. The girl who works in the hotel restaurant and who has already come to her shift did everything so that we could lie down to rest, despite the lack of staff at the reception. We slept until noon. Then we had a breakfast that I have never eaten before in a hotel! In the end, they didn't even charge. Therefore, I booked a room for my daughter when she returned from Ukraine after the holidays. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Clean, tasty, sincere!!!
