The service was excellent. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since I didn't have cash for the taxi, the hotel even paid for it, which was a huge help. The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was free. Great value for money!

Facilities: The facilities are great. There's a bar on the top floor with an excellent view.
Service: The in-room minibar items are all complimentary. I highly recommend the apricot-flavored juice; it's delicious.
Environment: It's very close to the inner city, basically within walking distance.

The front desk staff was really enthusiastic and great at upselling. We paid to upgrade to an executive suite on the 16th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning on a clear day. The mini-bar was refilled daily with three juices, two sparkling waters, one still water, and even chocolates and chips. The Bose Bluetooth speaker had excellent sound quality. My only complaints are that the shower in the bathroom didn't have a slope, so water tended to spill out, and the bathtub needed a wipe-down before use. Breakfast was very expensive! It was a buffet plus à la carte, and while the view was nice, you could get a similar brunch elsewhere for half the price. Service was generally good, and the front desk staff was friendly; they even gave us water when we checked out. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The hotel's location is fantastic! I loved the view of the Danube. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and it was freezing, so the front desk upgraded us directly to a Black Suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was huge! Plus, every day we got three juices and three bottles of water from the mini-bar, which was super nice.

The restaurant on the 18th floor of the hotel has a beautiful view, but the hotel service needs improvement, and some staff are discriminatory towards Chinese guests.

On the first day of check-in, we were given a room with a broken air conditioner. The front desk refused to change it and lied, saying that all rooms had similar AC issues.

During dinner at the hotel on the first day, both the waiter taking our order and the host who seated us were very rude.
