Absolutely perfect. The room was small but exquisite, with a street view from the window. The restaurant was absolutely delicious; the hotel provided tasty chocolates daily—Vienna chocolates are famous. The hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was stunning, like a palace. The opera house was just a few minutes' walk away; after watching Mozart, you could come back, open a bottle of Dom Pérignon and Krug, and chat with the bartender—it was simply amazing!

The receptionist was a short, stout, older white man. Before booking, I asked if the top-floor suite was available, and he said yes. After booking, he processed my request for nearly 20 minutes and then informed me that the top-floor suite was unavailable, but he still arranged another room, just as beautiful, for me. However, it turned out to be a tiny, windowless room, completely different from the top-floor suite I had booked. I complained, and he replied that this was the last room we had left, impatiently answering "no room" to any questions I asked.
Only after Ctrip processed my request were I given another suite facing inwards, and they even told me it was an upgrade. I was finally moved to my original room type the next day, but the drain had an unusual, foul odor.
The breakfast selection was limited; only the eggs and yogurt were decent, and the value for money was far inferior to the McDonald's just 10 meters away.

Very old hotel, no view at all. pricy and need to shower in the bath tub which is not ideal. Breakfast is ok, but I feel the staff are not so friendly, indeed over rated.

- The windows were well-insulated, so despite being next to the street, it wasn't noisy at night.
Cons:
- The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool. I notified the front desk, but when I returned to my room, I found that the maintenance staff had removed the desk and chair.
- Breakfast was quite busy with tour groups.

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. You can see that the public area is very luxurious. The breakfast is also very delicious. You can see the church outside on the 5th floor. Next door is the Golden Hall (you can go there without storing clothes and bags)

A day where I was satisfied with both the service and the response!!! I was able to enjoy myself and leave in luxury since they even upgraded my room~~~ It is also close to nearby tourist attractions, so I recommend it!

I stayed 5 nights 6 days in Hotel with Family.
I have a special memorial and my 2 baby realy happy in Hotel.
When booking all include breakfast, we enjoyed everyday ate breakfast.
We choiced and ordered for hot food, we required something.
They were exactly made hot food and serving.
But Sat or Sunday, too many customer in Resturant, they were really busy and we waited for ordered to spent time.
we can understand this situation and ate buffet.
If we visit in Autria Vien, we will book the hotel again.
All the time Thank you for Concierge and All staff.
