-Standard and clean looking rooms with most of the basic amenities (except for an electric kettle, which I had to ask from reception). The beds are clean and rooms are cleaned daily.

-Nice standard breakfast (22 euro/person), with a wide selection of breads and cold cuts, cheese, scrambled egg, bacon. They also have a cereal/fruit section. Had a coffee machine and apple/orange juice.

-AMAZING location: next to a mall (Lugner city) with supermarkets (Billa plus) and restaurants, and a 4 minute walk to the nearest Metro/Bus station (Metro U6).

Overall not bad at all.

This hotel is good if you have to go to the Stadthalle for a concert/event.. otherwise is far enough from the centre (at least not a walking distance). The mall nearby was not a nice place to visit and didn't feel safe for a woman. The hotel itself was clean, but needs improvements

The hotel is good and located in a quiet side street off Vienna's Gürtel. My room was equipped with a coffee machine and a small refrigerator, which is great. The breakfast is excellent and comparable to a top 5* hotel. The only negative point is the service procedures in the corridors. Please avoid making noise with bottles and beverage crates on the 2nd floor at 6:30 in the morning. Please also try to keep the way to the breakfast room free of laundry and service trolleys; it doesn't feel like you're going the correct way for breakfast. Conclusion: A top hotel with a top location in Vienna that I can confidently recommend.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The washroom smelled like mold with a strong, pungent odor that made the room completely uninhabitable. I asked staff to fix the issue, but their attempts didn’t solve it. When I requested a different room, they refused because there were no other rooms available.

The staff themselves were wonderful and tried their best, but even they admitted this is a repeated problem with certain rooms. Management, however, has done nothing to address it, and the staff have no authority to issue refunds or make meaningful decisions. Instead, I was only offered a token $30 refund, which is insulting given I had to book another hotel at my own expense.

This is unacceptable. A hotel should not rent out rooms with known issues that make them unusable. The management needs to stop scamming customers and actually resolve these long-standing problems before handing the rooms over to guests.

Great staff, but absolutely terrible management practices. I would never stay here again.

The biggest problem, no refrigerator no water kettle, want to eat cup noodles can not, can only use tap hot water, you drink tap water is no problem, no refrigerator want to go to the supermarket to buy some cold food and drink back to freeze there is no way
