also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty

unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT)

Good location relative to city trasporta and Hiking trails. Near green Park, paths, flowers. In the evening the Park has a lot of migrants. The hotel staff are polite, timely cleaning, fresh linen and towels

Lovely location, just opposite to a nice park. The room was clean and well presented. Recommend this hotel as our stay was very comfortable and nice.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right across the street from the airport line and a major metro interchange (U1, U3, U4 lines), just a short walk to the tram, and has a bus stop right outside

Great location. Relatively clean. Check in took over half an hour of waiting, as they are chatting for something else not about the guests (or ignored the line waiting there). Facilities are relatively new.

The hotel entrance looks small, but there are actually a lot of rooms, and it's quite popular with guests

Good 4* hotel, warm, comfortable, normal breakfasts. Unfortunately, the nearest metro station was closed for reconstruction. We walked to the central part, it is convenient and quick to get to the zoo

This hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a few dozen meters from the entrance/exit

When I stayed, there was some construction going on in the area, so pay attention to the signs for both subway directions. The food here is excellent, and the bar stays open quite late, serving both lunch and dinner

Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were bellhops to help with the luggage. Since I always took a taxi, I can't really comment on the exact location, but it seemed pretty close to the city center

Location is beautiful!  Hovewer, the water in the swimming pool was really cold and we saw that they put the book of r******** community of ******* in the rooms, it was not what we wanted to see to be honest 

Facilities: The facilities are great. There's a bar on the top floor with an excellent view. Service: The in-room minibar items are all complimentary. I highly recommend the apricot-flavored juice; it's delicious

The hotel corridor was already a little worn. At breakfast, not all customers were able to get their requests through regarding the location of the table

The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since I didn't have cash for the taxi, the hotel even paid for it, which was a huge help. The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was free

And the rooftop restaurant and bar? Absolutely unforgettable. The views over the city, especially at sunset, combined with excellent cuisine and cocktails, create a highlight you’ll be talking about long after you leave

The front desk staff was really enthusiastic and great at upselling. We paid to upgrade to an executive suite on the 16th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning on a clear day

There is no place in Vienna that makes better schnitzels, I can assure you. Staff have such attention to details, so professional, so kind, accomodating. Room service is quick and immaculate

Two things which I didn’t fancy was the small gym in the basement with the lack of strength equipment in general, and that they only give you one bottle of complimentary water per day

The hotel itself oozes class, the staff were so friendly and the hotel is so clean. Really good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough to any prospective guests

The hotel is clean and spacious and also very near the underground subway which brings you basically to many places in Vienna

Hotel was conveniently located 10 min walk from the center of Vienna.  Rooms were a good size and clean

 It didn’t have the cotton wools or cotton buds available for use but they used a good brand of cleaning gels and shampoo - Evelyn and Crabtree.  The gym was also good with all the necessary equipment with a sauna

I recently visited Vienna to visit Christmas markets. The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location…tucked behind Peterkirche. It is only steps away from many major downtown attractions, but is nestled in a quiet nook

Hotel Wandl was in a great location, minutes to the Graben and St. Room was a good size and clean with a balcony and nice view. It’s an older hotel and looked like it was modernized in the 80’s or 90’s

The decor is in need of an update. The decor is very dated with some very unfortunate design details and the bathroom was tiny and cramped. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel. You are paying for the location

One concern though is on lower floors you will be kept up all night by the sounds of horses clip-clopping down the old cobblestone streets. lovely to behold, maybe not to hear, during the night

This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The overall style is very European, including the corridors decorated with many small paintings, which is very romantic. In addition, the service is very good

It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night

You can order a variety of eggs for breakfast, which is much more advanced than a complete buffet

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view

There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good

Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall)

By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose)

The location is ideal. The staff are friendly. Free minibar with lots of drinks to enjoy. Free water and wine for enjoyment from 1-10pm daily is a pleasant surprise in the lounge. The room is spacious and lovely.

There is also a welcome wine in each room, which is a bottle of delicious white wine. In addition, the room, decoration, design is very exquisite, and the room size is very suitable

The Leo Grand Hotel is really hard to fault. I don't know why it is only a 4-star hotel, but it is a 5-star hotel from facilities to services. First of all, the location is great

Very convenient location in city centre of Vienna and 100m  to subway station Herrengge.  Good hotel service , clean and good breakfast . Highly recommend this hotel .

The room was decent and the location quite central. It's best to confirm your booking beforehand. We ran into some problems upon arrival, but Ctrip proactively resolved the issues, which was great

Conveniently located near the Museumsquartier, Volkstheater, and Burgtheater. The room was clean (although it had a slightly strange odor)

The bathroom vs to the room was more roomy, but overall design of the room was very disappointing. We almost thought of find another hotel, but it was holiday time so that was impossible

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Many of Vienna's main attractions, including the Musikverein, Belvedere Palace, and Vienna State Opera, are all within walking distance

We had a great stay at this hotel and a good night's rest each evening. The hotel is located near the Town Hall which was a quiet area near the end of October but there was quite a bit of construction in the area

The toilet was enclosed but the glass shower stall was right in the middle of the room. This was ok for us because we are married but you may want to look at the room styles or be comfortable with a friend before booking

We had tram and metro access just a little bit down the road at the Rathaus station but believe the construction made it somewhat tricky to navigate to get to the right platform. The hotel room was interesting

The location of the hotel was pretty good and there were some restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The Town Hall, Hofburg Palace, Parliament Building, and Volksgarten were very close to the hotel

My room had a clock on the wall, some lovely artwork to accompany it (It's wine o'clock) You can easily go to and from the centre since youre only 2 -3 stops away on the metro

It was a good location not too noisy as it is set back a little but close enough to reach the centre. Very clean and enjoyed the sauna too.
