The room was fantastic! Super comfortable, and incredibly convenient being so close to the train station. Plus, Belvedere Palace was within walking distance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and helpful. They even had a printing service, which was a lifesaver for my last-minute ticket bookings. It was a really delightful stay!

It’s Ibis standard. Very well located, a lot of supermarkets around. The hop on hop off stops just in front of the building as well as the public transportation. MariaHilf strasse was just a block away. Excellent!

Arrived in the evening via Vienna Airport Bus, it passed by the hotel so it was easy to find. It was also rather accessible as it was only a short walk away from a metro station. You have to request for cleaning at the reception if you want it though, since they are doing a charity program. Our room was still clean without daily cleaning.

The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and patient with us, explaining things slowly since we're foreigners. The breakfast was excellent, truly a rare delicious meal we had in Vienna. We really didn't enjoy the local Western food outside.

The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment.

Clean, stylish, quiet. The only negative (and I'm nitpicking here) is that the room could've done with more storage, such as drawers. We were in a loft room, with plenty of space for a larger wardrobe or chest of drawers. I'm happy with my choice. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, taking just 4.20 minutes on the S7 train. Lubiana is also centrally located, and the metro takes you quickly to the city center. Otherwise, the hotel staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the international breakfast is excellent.

Check in was very easy, having done most of it online. Hotel is very convenient, being 5 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Nestroyplatz). However, room was quite small and was looking generally quite 'tired'. There was no functioning air-conditioning.
