Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were bellhops to help with the luggage. Since I always took a taxi, I can't really comment on the exact location, but it seemed pretty close to the city center. The location and hotel facilities are great, but the deposit refund is incredibly slow. When I checked in, they pre-authorized my room rate plus a deposit (totaling $614 USD). The hotel is centrally located in Austria and lots to see, eat, and do around this neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and one of the most accomodating I've encountered in Europe. Got upgraded on the room and it was very big, clean, and lots of amenities.

Hotel was conveniently located 10 min walk from the center of Vienna.  Rooms were a good size and clean.  It didn’t have the cotton wools or cotton buds available for use but they used a good brand of cleaning gels and shampoo - Evelyn and Crabtree.  The gym was also good with all the necessary equipment with a sauna.

The breakfast and staff were excellent, but the housekeeping and maintenance were inefficient (they left us for two days with half of the bathroom sliding door blocked; it's impossible that housekeeping didn't see it and report it before making it available). It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good....

The room, while not large, is in an old, historic building, but it's very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent; despite a minor hiccup, everything was handled perfectly afterward. Every evening, someone would come to the room to leave water and chocolates – they left a generous amount of water. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip.

The hotel's location is fantastic! I loved the view of the Danube. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and it was freezing, so the front desk upgraded us directly to a Black Suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was huge! There is a reason why this one is ranked behind the Empire and Ritz among the three Marriott hotels. Different rooms, different staff services, very different. There was a problem, Ctrip customer service helped to solve it, so the experience was still good. The breakfast is simple for hotels of the same level, not many people eat it.

We arrived at the hotel at 3am, and the hotel staff waited for us and checked us in quickly. The staff were also very polite. A great hotel in a historic building smack in the centre of Vienna

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. We then decided to leave.

The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately they put us on the 6th floor. The hallway said, they have some issue up there. The roof after to is a like shortly on the sides because of the design. I would not recommend the 6th floor. The shower floods the floor, you have to block with towels.

Great hotel, central location, two excellent restaurants and super service an team

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center, but the entrance is terrible. The only entrance is occupied by a kitchen belonging to an outdoor café! This causes clothes to be ruined by the smell of food upon entering and exiting, and the kitchen odor permeates all parts of the hotel.

The hotel breakfast and staff were pretty great. The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss. I'm really not a big breakfast fan, but they offered anything from custom omelettes, cheese/meat platters, bread baskets and so much more. The check in is on the 5th floor which is a little weird.
