The transportation was excellent. Subway, tram, and bus connections were all very convenient, and the hotel staff were friendly. 👍🏻

Disappointing end to a good stay. This is a student hostel and it’s really good if you assess it from this perspective. Very nice vibe. No luxuries like a hotel but it’s really not a hotel, so it should not be judged as such. Service staff at front desk were generally friendly, but if you try to call, the staff can be very dismissive to the point of being unhelpful. They also did not reply to emails...

Didn’t eventually stay here but giving a good review for reasonable and strong customer service recovery skills from the Rooms Division Manager at The Social Hub Vienna. Will strongly consider staying here the next time.

It’s a very nice place to stay good for family and friends. Near the train station

Overall, everything was great and the location near a major station was very convenient. My only regret was that the washbasin stopper didn’t function properly, and the shower water pressure was too low to enjoy a proper shower.

Room was spacious, location is ideal as it’s near to the station that connects to the airport. There is also a car rental within the same building which makes travel plan easier!

Checkin was a bit cold, also further questions the days after were not really answered politely. We used to travel and use Hilton a lot but especially the receptionists need an improvement. Often also nobody answered the phone as we tried guest service, concierge and reception at the same time. Concierge, room service and cleaning staff were surprisingly excellent! So maybe reception can get some lessons...

Good location where City Airport Train is just across the road. The room was clean and comfortable. A bit pricey but you get a decent hotel stay.

Decent, the room was neat and tidy.

The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom, which made showering inconvenient. However, the hotel breakfast was great, with rice and miso soup – my Chinese stomach was happy eating it for two days straight, LOL! The hotel bar was also very good; the cakes were excellent and not expensive.

Really really good location because its very close to the shopping center. However, recommend to visit there by public transportation because the parking cost per day is really really expensive... 35 euro.

The hotel is really ild and need a serious renovation, also not very clean but the service and the amenities was good.

It was crowded, and the hotel was quite old. I booked a room with a bathtub, but they said it was overbooked and just offered a 'sorry.' It was too late to do anything about it, so I had to accept.

Cleaning was not very good. During our stay the room wasn’t cleaned properly and cleaning staff took a personal item from the room. Asked the receptionist twice, but I didn’t get my item back. Except for issue above I was satisfied.

Excellent breakfast and service without hesitation. Hair dryer in our room blew up, reported and replacement fitted by maintenance man within 20 minutes. Short walk to U-Bahn so easy to get wherever you wanted to go without having to walk miles, handy for older couple like us

Great atmosphere with all the art in the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and clean. The location is also good, close to city centre and public transport as well as steps away from the train station.

Nice hotel with good value for money but a bit far for walking to main attractions.

In staying for almost a month, the experience was great for a budget-friendly place to rest. The staff are all accommodating. For improvements, I would love if there were more food options in the menu during nights. Overall, highly recommend!

Check in was not easy and can be more friendly , seems like you shouldn’t book through other agent rather than their official platform. You will not entitle any benefit with your Status level. Breakfast was lousy at the lounge, food wasn’t fresh, its more for display then consumption, 2 out of 4 days get upset stomach. Snack in happy hour also very low quality, I would say the worst lounge I ever...

Near to metro line. However I felt that the amenities in the room were minimal, there were no tooth brushes, towels were not changed although we placed it in the tub

The room was upgraded and very comfortable

The room was quite comfortable, but the carpet was too old. The breakfast was quite rich. The restaurant on the 57th floor was closed on Sundays and was booked on Saturdays, so there was no restaurant to eat in. You could only order room service. When you called for service, no one answered the phone or the waiting time was long. So the hotel is far from the 5-star standard.

The floor is high, the view is good, and the parking fee is paid separately in the parking lot.

Room is clean and big, we add extra bed for kid, still have a lot of space, breakfast is good, you can dine in outside to enjoy the nature breeze! Hotell staffs are friedly with good service!

Good Hotel for Business trip, good decision

Very basic amenities were provided.  No slippers, tooth paste & tooth brush.  The restaurant only provided limited food choices and charged you for hot water and bread even if you did not order it. Some staff were nice.  Good  in terms of scenery and room size but a bit far from major tourist and shopping areas

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

The room needs to be renovated. We have enjoyed the stay and will come again soonssss

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

The hotel made a mistake with the room type, but Ctrip made timely adjustments and coordination, and the customer finally understood. The new room type was much larger than the deluxe room.

I stayed in a Premium Deluxe Room which has a very high ceiling. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of Stadtpark was beautiful, and the hotel's location is very convenient for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

There’s only one counter for check-in, but many self check-in kiosks. However, there can be long queues at check-in time. The hotel is close to the city center and is very convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are new and the food is rich, especially the buffet breakfast, which is very rich and fresh. Fresh apples are available in the lobby every day. The accommodation has a view of the Danube and the sound insulation is very good.

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

It was the most wonderful hotel. I was always overwhelmed by the heartfelt hospitality. I would definitely like to stay here again. The Sachertorte at Cafe Sacher was also excellent.

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was a little cold, but the room, breakfast and service were all excellent.
