The hotel location is a bit far away, but it is right next to the river. The view is amazing!! They also have a sauna for the guests and a swimming pool.

The Vienna trip brought many surprises from the Hilton hotel for my wife and me: delicious breakfast, comfortable sleep, charming sunrise by the Danube River, and the family-like care from the hotel staff...

The location isn't great, and there was ongoing road construction. Taxis couldn't drop us off directly at the entrance, so we had to get out and walk across a cordoned-off area to reach the hotel. Also, adding breakfast was a bad deal; it definitely wasn't worth the price. You're better off walking ten minutes to a McDonald's outside.

Great hotel. The only disappointing points were the shower whose hot water suddenly cools and the air conditioning that doesn't cool enough

Friendly and helpful staff with chic large rooms and a beautiful view. Breakfast was great and they had a creative Greek plant based lamb burger on their bar menu that was delicious. The saunas were also very nice and quiet retreat.

The location and hotel facilities are great, but the deposit refund is incredibly slow. When I checked in, they pre-authorized my room rate plus a deposit (totaling $614 USD). It's been half a month, and the pre-authorization still hasn't been released. I really don't understand their efficiency. (The room rate was charged separately upon checkout).

Conveniently located near the train station, making transportation a breeze. I stayed for three nights and overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The hotel also has a gym and a bar. The only downside was that laundry service wasn't free.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. However, the rooms are a bit dated. I'd seen comments about cleanliness issues, and after checking in, I can confirm there were hairs on the floor.

Fantastic experience all around, from the reception service to the breakfast and the room – everything was incredibly satisfying. The in-house restaurant is also excellent and definitely worth trying. The breakfast features a 'Fengchao' (honeycomb) station where you can enjoy authentic, fresh honey, which was a delightful touch.

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

Not a very central location, the hotel is very very busy and noisy

It is located at the edge of 1 District so it’s close to many places of interest, food, and shopping. The hotel is clean and spacious and also very near the underground subway which brings you basically to many places in Vienna. Two things which I didn’t fancy was the small gym in the basement with the lack of strength equipment in general, and that they only give you one bottle of complimentary water...

The hotel is centrally located in Austria and lots to see, eat, and do around this neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and one of the most accomodating I've encountered in Europe. Got upgraded on the room and it was very big, clean, and lots of amenities.

The service and the room setting are good. Although they arrange the room that is the last room. They help me to pick luggage before checking in and after checking out! The bathroom is fine. Very very small room with many design flaws. I love 25hours hotel brand, so whenever I see the brand, I would choose this hotel brand over others. Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Great location, fancy design (but not too much), spacious rooms, attentive service. Breakfast looked nice too, yet we decided to eat outside instead just to explore local cafe spots. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sauna, it’s very good though you can visit it till 10pm, so you can relax in the hotel evening after a long walk in the city. Totally recommend.

Tired hotel. Definitely not a 4-star experience… just to give you an idea, the elevator is from 1987, modernized in 2024, but it didn't really improve much – it is what it is. Breakfast was nothing special… but the cost of the stay, the area itself, plus the nearby S-Bahn – it might appeal to some.

I had a very convenient stay. I love the fact that this hotel isn't located in the city centre, making it a perfect place to rest. Billa, dm, and Spar are literally a stone’s throw away. Very clean, nice and convenient hotel. 5 minutes from Oberdobling train station and 2 minutes from bus and trams stops, you can reach the city centre in around 15 minutes. The staff are polite and professional, and the balcony of the room is a nice touch. They also have some simple kitchen facilities if you wish to prepare food and they provided free fizzy water and beers in the minibar.

It's OK. I stay here every time I pass by. I've stayed here for about 20 times. Recently, I feel that the service is not as good as before. There is no chocolate brewing (my favorite).

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk from Vienna Central Train Station, which made getting around extremely convenient. It’s very new hotel , everything is clean and new. Great location : Vienna main train station is right downstairs and 5 mins walk to Flixbus stop, 15mins walk to Belvedere palace. Cable bus D takes 6 stops to Karntner street. Highly recommended and if will be the place to stay if I need to visit Vienna again.

The room was spacious and even had a bathtub with hot water. The breakfast was also very rich. The hotel is not far from Schönbrunn Palace, and there's a great Western restaurant nearby where I had delicious pork ribs. Highly recommended!

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

The room needs to be renovated. We have enjoyed the stay and will come again soonssss

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu. The services for the first two days were good, the third day was poor in restaurant, like forcing you out. Location is good for reaching any spots.

Old looking Ritz Carltons. The Interiors look like they haven’t been refurbished or renovated from the furniture, flooring. Service was not great from a 5 star, I am pretty sure that’s just how Austrians are, not as catering as other places. Amazing hotel, one of the best in Vienna

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good....

The room, while not large, is in an old, historic building, but it's very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent; despite a minor hiccup, everything was handled perfectly afterward. Every evening, someone would come to the room to leave water and chocolates – they left a generous amount of water. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip.

The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. In these days where even a five stars classification is not a guarantee of quality, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, providing a true hospitality experience. The position is unrivalled, being only minutes of walking distance away to Stephansdom, Hofburg and other important points of interest. On the night of our check-in, my friend discovered that there was no hot water, and she had to take a cold shower, which made her feel unwell. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since I didn't have cash for the taxi, the hotel even paid for it, which was a huge help. The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was free. Great value for money!

The hotel's location is fantastic! I loved the view of the Danube. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working and it was freezing, so the front desk upgraded us directly to a Black Suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was huge! Plus, every day we got three juices and three bottles of water from the mini-bar, which was super nice.

The hotel room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so it wasn't cold at all. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor downside is that it's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center attractions, but otherwise, I have no complaints.

Gartenhotel Altmannsdorf is Vienna’s best kept secret! Large, spotless rooms, with modern furnishings and inclusions. The underground station (U6 Am Schöpfwerk) is less than a 10 min walk. Excellent breakfast with stunning views of the deer park, which is part of the old Altmannsdorf castle. Friendly and obliging staff. Highly recommended.

We loved it! One of the rare times a hotel was everything it advertised: pretty, in a scenic garden with deer and squirrels, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and downtown was only 30 minutes away since it was a short walk from the train/metro station. We definitely would come back!
