Singerstrasse 21-25 Aparthotel 350m next to St Stephen´s Square in Vienna

Nice location in central Vienna. But with such a central location comes noise. I wish the hotel had a better insulation against some of the outside noise that echoes through the streets. Room has all the basics one needs and was generally clean. Staff was helpful. But the key selling point for this hotel is its location close to the metro and a central train station. This allows for an easy transfer to/from airport via the CAT to the Vienna Int'l Airport.

We would not hesitate to stay again at Singerstrasse Apartments. My husband and I stayed there for three nights over this past New Year's Eve holiday. As advertised, the location IS very near Stephans Square, but situated on a quiet corner that allowed us to sleep well. The room had no carpeting, which is ideal for us. The federbetts and beds especially suited our style of hotel, as we prefer the midpoint between spartan and luxury. We made use of the little kitchen every morning. After fourteen hours of travel from Seattle, when the desk clerk kindly gave us the keys to our room before check-in, we knew we were going to like it there.

Location was ideal as it was centrally located an allowed for easy walking to many sites in Vienna, and all but one Christmas market. Several restaurants and bars were nearby and also within walking distance. Apartments@singerstrasse2125 were spacious, had good closet space and a convenient kitchenette, were clean and quiet. Desk service was always helpful providing maps, directions, cab connections. Breakfast buffet was great.

I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the Singerstrasse staff', especially the ladies, who made sure that my first visit in Wien had been splendid. Thank you for your efforts to give a sense of home. I will never forget you.

We stayed in mid June 2025. It was a great hotel, had everything they said and we weren't disappointed at all. There were four of us, so we had rooms next to one another. Our bed was maybe a little odd, seemed like 2 beds pushed together to get the king size so there was a dip/bump in the middle. We were so tired though each night, didn't impact. Showers were good, strong water pressure. Toilets worked great, was a little sad not to find a bidet. Full mini kitchen, we didn't use to cook. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We had the breakfast a couple times, good breakfast, lot of choice, worth the 21 Euros.

I had a very good experience inspite of the tight covid restrictions . I want to thank Ms.Titta for a good rate given .Everything is at close proximity. I want to specially thank Mr. Robert at the reception who helped us with whatever asked ,he’s a genuine,caring,efficient and very Good man.

Very comfortable bed, clean and spacious rooms. Nespresso maschine in the room is a nice touch.
Extremly supportive staff!
Plus the location is absolutely amazing!
We did not have breakfast, so I cannot evaluate that.
There is a underground parking garage - possible to book in advance. But it is not suitable for bigger cars, because the ramp is very tight and narrow. You will need parking skills to cope. Also the ramp is extremly steep! This might be a challenge when exiting ;)
Otherwise - the perfect hotel!

Just spent one night in this hotel but was totally satisfied.
Perfect location, close to Stephansdom and just a 10 min walk from Wien Mitte, where you can get the train to the airport.
The staff is serious and reliable. After I returned home (in France), I realized that I forgot something in my hotel room 😨...
They quicky found it and send it back to me 👍

Spacious apartment, central location (for a tourist), impeccably clean, good service, reasonable price. Will probably book this again if returning to Vienna. No breakfast in-house, but several options within walking distance. Free WiFi worked very well, except for some spotty coverage when in bed (on a phone, that is, probably works fine on a tablet or laptop). That's nitpicking, though. Excellent accommodation.

This hotel is great. Great location, within walking distance to all the major attractions and transit. Clean and modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.
