Location: Opening the window revealed a beautiful canal view. It's located within what's often referred to as the 'ring,' making it convenient to walk to almost everything. I initially wondered if it might be unsafe to walk around at night, but since it's next to a popular jogging path, there were always people around, so it felt quite safe.
Service: When I had questions or needed something, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even escorted me to the elevator, which was a nice touch.
Facilities: Overall, I'm satisfied. It was clean, my requests were handled well, and the soundproofing was excellent.
If I visit Austria again, I would definitely consider staying here.
Cons: the bed was very uncomfortable and very high
Place to stay. However, there was one night that the wifi was suddenly cut off, and we had to use 5G.
For changing of towels, have to do it manually at -1 floor
