I loved staying at this hotel. The service was above and beyond exceptional! Each member of the staff treated everyone with kindness and timely service. I loved the upstairs bar as the main hangout area. The drinks at the bar were always served perfectly. The rooms were wonderful. Very clean, cozy, and great use of every space in the rooms. It’s a perfect location as it is very close to the middle of the city with so much to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Superb!! I spent a week in Vienna on business and had a fantastic stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with beautifully renovated, modern facilities, spotless common areas, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The location couldn’t have been better — there’s a taxi stand right outside the entrance, a tram stop nearby, and the city center is just a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional friendliness of the entire staff — from the reception team to the breakfast service. The breakfast itself was outstanding, with an impressive variety of high-quality, healthy options — something you don’t often find.
If I ever return to Vienna, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Nice hotel, located very near the city center. Rooms we had were Ok, comfortable beds, stylish somewhat, shower is visible so take into consideration, sound isolation wasn’t good and we heard every car passing the street beneath us. We had a flight delay over the first night and arrived the morning after but they still asked us to wait 4 hours for the rooms although we explained it was due to flight delay. We did get 2 adjacent rooms after all so that was nice gesture. Aircon is unclear and it takes relatively a lot of time to heat the room. Overall, reasonable value for money. Could have been breakfast included in same price and then it would be more cost-effective.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean, simple & efficient. Breakfast is very good. Only one issue. The girl working the downstairs bar area on Saturday Dec 6 about 7PM was extremely unpleasant . She seemed very bothered by our presence. She was more interested in folding napkins than helping us. All the other staff were very friendly & kind. She is the reason I did not give 5 stars.

We feel in love with the Ruby Lissa, the hotel is so fun and quirky. The rooms were modern and perfectly stocked. The two hotel bars were set up with a mixture of furniture giving you comfortable space for a group, couple or yourself.
The best part of our stay was Charlie, a true cocktail mixologist. Charlie was delightful, she went above and beyond to make the best cocktails I have ever had. We enjoyed it so much we went back both nights we stayed.

The room was terrible, and the toilet had a strong sewer smell that made me want to vomit. Don't trust Ctrip's recommendations, they're a big scam.

Omg….i had a terrible room close to elevator, room number 1 so let me tell you you want be able to sleep because all the people who are taking elevator you will be able to hear every conversation, laghing, quarelling and finally you wont be able to rest, there is no one use slippers in the room…i asked for room service if there is possibility to bring water in the room(the guy on reception told no)my hands were busy with couple bags and i couldnt hold the bottle water and he told is not possible to bring water insane🤪location is ok but the entrance of the hotel not so pretty overall i didnt enjoy my stay with them!but thanks to the girl in the morning she proposed some coffee
