The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this place again.

The hotel isn't located on the main street, but it's easily found via navigation from the subway station. Aside from Schönbrunn Palace, other popular attractions are within walking distance. The restaurant and bar offer 24-hour tea and coffee, and you can also borrow a kettle from your room. Breakfast features local cuisine. The rooms, restaurant, and hallways are all beautifully decorated.

I had two visits to this hotel and it was a terrible experience. Great and tasty breakfast with cheap wine. The reception staff were very helpful and helpful. The breakfasts were also delicious! The room was very large and clean, no complaints. I couldn't hear the sound from the next room, and the soundproofing was good. It's in an easily accessible location, and you can walk to various tourist spots. The hotel staff is kind and friendly.

Location is conveniently located to the city hall and Voltive Church. Not so convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off buss via the Vienna pass. If transit, than it is a very convenient location. Breakfast was on the pricier side and did not have much to offer. Mostly cold dishes and cold bread. They do market it as locally sourced food from local farmers. They offer you a free glass of wine per guest if you stay for more than 2 nights. Unlimited water and coffee from the coffee machine bar. Room is very spacious and big. There are a couple of stairs that you need to take to make it to reception and elevator which may not be too convenient for some.

Clean, beautiful, good location, and very quiet. There is also a jazz bar on the front floor with a lot of red wine, which is quite good 😌

There's still a short flight of stairs to get to the lobby...
The entrance isn't very eye-catching. It's billed as a popular check-in restaurant, but the room design felt ordinary...

But to my credit, I headed straight to the hotel after landing that day. Feeling a little tired, I arrived at 11:30 AM and asked the receptionist if I could check in early. They checked and immediately found me a room so I could rest.

This is best hotel I have never been even way better than many 5start hotel in Europe, I was feel home. I love every single staff,I even can remember every single staff face. Just amazing place to stay. I’m still traveling Europe since January to today, really want to comeback again just for the staff and the hotel.

the closest subway station, Rathaus, is closed for renovation that means you have to walk about 15-20 minutes from other stations. the bed sheet was not cleaned so as the sink. but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
