The room was fantastic! Super comfortable, and incredibly convenient being so close to the train station. Plus, Belvedere Palace was within walking distance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and helpful. They even had a printing service, which was a lifesaver for my last-minute ticket bookings. It was a really delightful stay!

overall is good. the staff are almost always polite, some were not very friendly when asking for help. room is spacious, above my expectation. didnt get to use the ADD.

Conveniently located outside the train station. Room was clean, cosy and quiet. There is no kettle to boil water. This is not an issue and I suppose hot water is available at the lobby. Close to amenities. For those catching a train or flight, this hotel is ideal.

Surprise no kettle, no hand towel instead is bath towel, is not eco friendly.

Counter staff especially the manager never treat customers with hospitality but with hostility, towards my Down syndrome sister. Room allocated is more than 10 rooms walking distance, see pic

Luggage storage terms and condition not specified in trip.com when I booked. Surprised is not allow after checking with counter. Finally all things turn for good, with trip.com communication, we can successfully place luggages in storage room on a special one time exception request, which we are very grateful and thankful 🙏

This is an absolutely perfect hotel, and the front desk service was top-notch. The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Vienna Central Station. The station itself offers a wide variety of convenience stores and dining options, all very clean. The hotel rooms are of high quality, and the management and service are excellent. Highly recommended!

My bracelet is left in the room but when i come back they say no dont stay in this hotel it will ruin your holiday

The location is definitely a major plus. It's just a two-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone catching a train. However, beyond the room itself, there aren't any other amenities. They do provide a coffee machine and hot water downstairs, which is a nice touch. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned. On the bright side, there are plenty of food and drink options near the train station, and transportation around the area is very convenient.
