The location is very good. However the rooms are small, a bit dirty and old. The toilet was dripping.

A lovely, classic guesthouse with an excellent host or manager. A quiet place right next to the metro, just two stops from Westbahnhof. Very positive experience.

- We were in room for 2 (2 separate beds) where is very old furniture, beds creak a lot, pillows are very thin, mattresses are too soft and a bit old. Also very old is bathroom. TV is small like laptop. It's ok for 2 or 3 nights.

+ Location is very central in shopping zone on Mariahilferstrase, near by manny shops (oposite to large Zara and BIlla) and many restaurantes and coffee shops. In front of hotel/pension is metro station line U3 which is 3 station to centre of Wienne. Room was clean but with some strong smell so you need to keep windows open. Staff was very kind and helpful especially kind men on reception who give us a map and some useful informations and help about parking in garage. Nice touch is minibar and botlle with cold water for free. Due to COVID-19 pandemic last year the hotel kept my deposit to be used in the future. Now when I am trying to reserve a room I am not receiving a feedback after so many calls and emails. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism.

Great location, close to shops and the historical city centre. The place is said to be no smoking, but upon arrival my room heavily smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the towels had a bunch of hair in it and was still dirty. The rooms definitely look very outdated and one of the rooms we stayed in had bugs in it. When we confronted the owner about it, he gave us bug spray and told us to go spray them ourselves and said that we brought in those bedbugs ourselves. On sundays the breakfast is served in the pension lobby, on all other days you place an order with the reception and they give you a card to take to a cafe across the street, where the breakfast tasted great.

The location is excellent - near big shopping centers and museums. The room we received was actually a 3-room very old apartment. There were leftovers in the kitchen. The apartment is not maintained. Needs improvement in cleaning. The staff was very nice. We had to arrive a day earlier than planned , and the hotel staff was very cooperative.

Location could have not been better for our one night stay, we arrived by train - main station nice half an hour walking distance - and had a program in the museum district- 10 minutes walk - , staff very friendly and helpful; hotel&room a bit outdated but in a way cosy and comfortable. Only annoyance was that the radiators were closed so I had to open the valves (it was -2 outside, so heating was badly needed).
