We were not able to reach in time for dinner, but we had already paid for it. However, the hotel staff gave us a cheese platter with some bread and salad. It was a very welcoming gesture.
1 star less because the toilets are not built for someone like me (187 cm). Everything is very low, and the shower area was too small.

This hotel is fantastic for a stay in Bad Hofgastein. The rooms are spacious & clean, though they are a bit antiquated. Nothing wrong with that as long as they're clean & functional! The staff are very friendly. The hotel is a very short walk from a park, and the balconies give you a gorgeous mountain view even on the first floor. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

A very nice hotel near the thermal baths. In summer, the cable car is also included.

Very nice Hotel directly at the Kur Park, close to the thermal baths.
Thermal baths are included in the fare and guest towels/sauna bag are provided. In Summer the cablecars up the mountains are also included (which we used). Very good evening buffet dinner (starters, salad, meat, fish, vegetarian and desert). They serve a full continental breakfast and have a welcoming staff. Very clean, large rooms with full timber furniture, balcony and parking garage. Definitely a place worth staying and a good deal in terms of value/quality.

Warm and friendly reception when checking in on May 2 in the afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No, this is not a 5 star and it doesn’t claim to be, but the staff are friendly, the rooms have everything you need, and they are clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good with multiple food selections and dessert. The table service was friendly and efficient. Note you pay separately for all beverages but the prices are reasonable. The welcome Prosecco was a nice touch. We had free admission to the Alpentherme and the hotel had everything together in a tote including slippers, towels and robes waiting in our room. It is a leisurely 8-10 minute walk to the spa. The view from our balcony was awesome. Free underground parking. 100% would recommend and would stay again.

Unfortunately, the check-in was a bit of a mess. They hadn't found any booking we had made. That was a bit of a hassle, but we got a room after all!

First of all don’t believe the pictures, the hotel is under 3 stars hotel, also overpriced for 3 hotel price The manager is rude, as he said with exactly letter “ i have the money now if you want to leave the hotel, leave “ we came from 8h flight as we see the apartment is the other side of the hotel we need to go up and down because of the stairs. We book as non-refundable but after we check the hotel we couldn’t stay for the night. We tried to contact booking to cancel the reservation but the hotels declined the request. The female manager didn’t won’t to go outside here office to talk to us she keeps sending the receptionist boy. At the night there is alot of noise in the apartment, also for 4 persons there is only 1 toilets. I don’t recommend anybody to book the hotel before he comes here and see what he is looking for.

the fact that the Bergbahnen tickets were included, and also the termal spa made this a good deal.
Hotel is clean and well maintained
We hade an apartment for the family.
Think that breakfast should have been included
Can absolutely recommend it

Very good accomodation: spacious and clean room, with nice-view balcony and clothes harse; minor faults in room appliances. Very quiet. Free parking in garage. Excellent breakfast, dinner not equally satisfactory mainly due to time being 8 pm and staff being eager to finish service. Other inconvenience being finding no-one at the reception at 10 pm, crazy, no previous notice : we had to help ourselves behind the desk to get the room key.
