The service was excellent; check-in and check-out were very smooth. On the last day, one of us got sick and was allowed to stay in the room until 3 p.m. free of charge — something that cannot be taken for granted nowadays.
We can highly recommend this hotel because of its location, the service, and the helpful staff.
The food was very good with a nice variety to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they could be a bit more spacious and benefit from better lighting.
Overall, a solid choice for a city trip with friends, especially if location is a priority.
One thing I really appreciated was the hair dryer in the room. It was a real, powerful hair dryer — not the common weak, round-headed type found in many four-star hotels that overheats quickly and is hard to use. This was a big plus, especially for guests with long hair.
The restaurant and bar also exceeded my expectations. I initially thought the food would be simple, but it turned out to be refined and delicious. The service was professional, polite, and attentive, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
The carpet in our room was not clean. The bathroom had a LOT of dust and hair on the walls. The toilet seat had pink slime around the joints. We had a used towel on the rack when we checked in. The wine glasses in the room were clearly wiped down vs being replaced after we used them. Overall, it felt kinda gross.
The hotel promotes and encourages its customers to save water by offering free glass of wine per room night for reusing towels.
