We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was varied, and the view from the 15th-floor restaurant was stunning. The rooms were large and very clean. The shower was also amazing. It had a waterfall showerhead with ample water pressure. It also had a decent shower head. I highly recommend it if you're in Salzburg.

A very good restaurant in the sky. Delicious, high-quality food, a little expensive, but worth every penny. Very friendly and polite staff. The view is simply stunning. The selection of dishes is very clear. Definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is really nice, great amenities and excellent services from the staffs.
You can get the mobile transportation pass from the front desk so you can travel around the city for free. It takes a bit walk to the station, but reasonable walk to explore the city too.

There was only one person at the hotel reception at the time, so we had to wait. The hotel parking was in the same building, which was convenient, but it wasn't within walking distance of the city center. However, the hotel breakfast was booked in advance, and the food was both delicious and excellent.

Very modern hotel, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Ample parking. Excellent cleanliness. Quite far from the city center, though. 30-minute walk.

Stayed here during the Salzburg Music Festival. Although it is not in the city center, it is more cost-effective than hotels in the city.

The only attraction here is the atmosphere, and therefore 2 stars.
The food and the drinks are overpriced but let's overlook that one. The ambient is in the price. Staff does not attend to guests properly and is always in a rush. The Manager herself sadly always sends back regulars even when there are many spots available- as they only weigh and wait on guests willing to (or at least appear) to spend a certain amount of €€.
We called over 5 times to ask about a reservation, no one was available. Upon arrival we got sent back (even though the restaurant was half empty) due to the many "reservations". Always the same with this place..
