The location is brilliant' convenient for the free tram and very close to walk to the Aldstadt too.
The mattress was very comfortable - but the pillows were way too soft. I was given firmer ones, but these were like bricks - so introducing an option in between would be great.
All staff very polite and helpful.
The breakfast was varied and good.
