Hotel Gollner in Graz

We had an excellent and enjoyable 6-day stay, after Christmas until the 2nd of New year’s! Everything was perfect, daily cleaning and very kind staff, even our dog was welcomed with treats, water bowls, blankets and towels! What more could anyone ask for?! Central and quiet location!! I highly recommend it, keep it up, kisses from Milan!

Thank you for a great stay, Hotel Gollner! We stayed with our 2 kids, the family room was well laid out and very well appointed. The team are super helpful and welcoming, very easy to walk or get a tram a couple of stops to the main attractions. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the Hotel Gollner. Everything was excellent (I’ll try to mention everything that is important): The rooms and the bathrooms are spacious and very clean - they are cleaned daily, and the towels are also changed daily (unless you say you don't want that). The beds are very comfortable and large. There are mini-bars in each room, filled with snacks and drinks. You can get slippers at the reception, if you need them. Although the hotel is central located, it is quiet in the rooms thanks to the double windows and double doors. The breakfast is very good, there’s everything you could want, and it is all fresh. We used the hotel parking, it is video monitored. The staff at the reception is very friendly, extremely helpful and competent, and the hotel owners are a class of their own! We are very thankful for their extraordinary efforts to answer and resolve all our questions and concerns competent, professionally and quickly. We highliy recommend Hotel Gollner - we certainly will be back! :)

The hotel is my favourite place for business trips to Graz. It might not be the fanciest place, but it more than makes up for it with its personal touch and historic charm. The hotel's employees are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you're likely to meet, and they really try hard to make your stay special. The hotel gym was an especially pleasant surprise on my latest visit - I hadn't had time to check it out on my previous stays. It's got everything you might need in great condition. Apart from these two facts, I need to point out the wonderful mattresses and the magnificent breakfast. No matter whether you turn up at seven or just before ten, you can expect some excellent local food and homemade specialties.

The location is very convenient for traveling. The room is clean and beautiful. The staff is very good. If you come to Graz, you must stay here.
