A good solution for us, allowing us to leave our car for free and reach the city center within a reasonable walking distance.
Although it's old and not particularly clean, we appreciated the maintenance work done by all the staff.
Decent breakfast.
Supermarket nearby, but good restaurants are in the city center.

Good location. Kind reception staff. Awful pillows and the curtains barely kept the light out. Weak, inconsistent wifi. Manager not as kind as the staff.

Great place for a good price. Staff very friendly , very clean room and breakfast was good. And directly in front of public transit to downtown Innsbruck. Would highly recommend.

This hotel provide a good parking lot and value breakfast. Not far from city centre, it could be a good place for winter holydays, (more than in the summer: no air conditioning in the room). Stuff has very been very kind and professional to me.

The reception people are really friendly. The parking behind the hotel is a really big plus. The breakfast buffet has everything you need (salty, sweet, cold, warm products)

On ******* it was stated that the reception service would be from 7am to 10pm.. we arrived around 1pm and there was no one there. A lady arrived, I think the breakfast room attendant, she didn't speak a word of English, we just wanted to ask to be able to park the car, we didn't want the room since check in was scheduled for 3pm. She obviously didn't understand nothing, he called the receptionist, she arrives all nervous, she calls us pushy because she told them we wanted the room. Oh well, in the end he gives us the room we hadn't requested. Cute nothing special. For the whole next day, every time he caught us he would throw this room thing in our face. Little professionalism.

I definitely won't go back again, the breakfast was pitiful to say the least, little choice in food, croissants absent, fruit juice in the jug including midges. I really can't recommend it. Spacious room, let's overlook the furnishings, but poor cleanliness. Air conditioning not present.

Hotel is very close to center. You can even walk or catch the tram close to hotel. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. But yes there was not any kettle and mini bar. But it was not needed for us. There was breakfast available and it was decent.

It's ok to Good hotel with all you need for one/two night stay. Large rooms, big batheoom, great breakfast, friendly staff. Only 20 min away from center, tram station nearby. 70s-80s retro style rooms.
If you wanna stay for short tine and not expensive i would recommend this place for simple journey. Enjoy.
