It is a magnificent hotel, quite large rooms. There is a very big kitchen, refrigerators and freezer on the floors. The breakfast is very good, we liked the hot boiled egg with feta cheese the most. They allowed us to check in early. The location is super, there is a bus stop at 20 meters .The lady I think is the owner or manager of the hotel is very helpful and very hospitable. Special thanks to Stuzana at the reception. She patiently answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Finally, we think this hotel should have a score of 10. Definitely going to Innsbruck again next year. We will come and stay in this hotel.

Very clean location, located in a quiet area. Quite close to the Alt Stadt (the Historic Center of the town). Excellent services with very friendly staff. Congratulations! I'll be back!

A good solution for us, allowing us to leave our car for free and reach the city center within a reasonable walking distance.
Although it's old and not particularly clean, we appreciated the maintenance work done by all the staff.
Decent breakfast.
Supermarket nearby, but good restaurants are in the city center.

Good location. Kind reception staff. Awful pillows and the curtains barely kept the light out. Weak, inconsistent wifi. Manager not as kind as the staff.

Great place for a good price. Staff very friendly , very clean room and breakfast was good. And directly in front of public transit to downtown Innsbruck. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here B&B. Room was very good with views out to the ski jump. The owner and staff were lovely providing a very good breakfast selection. It is only 10 to 15 minute walk into Old town well positioned with good parking facilities.

This hotel provide a good parking lot and value breakfast. Not far from city centre, it could be a good place for winter holydays, (more than in the summer: no air conditioning in the room). Stuff has very been very kind and professional to me.

The reception people are really friendly. The parking behind the hotel is a really big plus. The breakfast buffet has everything you need (salty, sweet, cold, warm products)

On ******* it was stated that the reception service would be from 7am to 10pm.. we arrived around 1pm and there was no one there. A lady arrived, I think the breakfast room attendant, she didn't speak a word of English, we just wanted to ask to be able to park the car, we didn't want the room since check in was scheduled for 3pm. She obviously didn't understand nothing, he called the receptionist, she arrives all nervous, she calls us pushy because she told them we wanted the room. Oh well, in the end he gives us the room we hadn't requested. Cute nothing special. For the whole next day, every time he caught us he would throw this room thing in our face. Little professionalism.
