Clima in Innsbruck

AC Hotel Innsbruck is a fantastic hotel and very well located. It is only a five minute walk from the main train station.

The staff is super friendly and always happy to help. We were celebrating a birthday and they prepared something special for our arrival. Such a nice and thoughtful detail.

The views are spectacular. The snow capped mountains are beautiful and make the stay even better.

Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food and very friendly service.

You can walk everywhere from the hotel and the staff is always open to help with anything you need. A small but nice detail, I forgot my dental brush and they provided a small dental kit.

Gym is well fitted. Has nice equipment, weights and enough space.

Absolutely coming back.

From reception, over breakfast in hotel restaurant, to housekeeping... My family and me were feeling very well hosted through every hotel employee working professionally and friendly for us to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Beyond this, a special thank to Denis at the front desk for outstanding courteous professionalism. We love to come again.

Very nice, updated, hotel. Staff was very helpful, rooms were comfortable and fairly priced. Ski equipment storage was handy, and very near one of the largest ski equipment rentals in town. About a 10 minute walk to Old Town, less than that to the train station.

A decent hotel in a convenient location, easy to reach and good as a base for exploring the area. We had a room with a nice view of the mountains, which was a pleasant bonus. Breakfasts were tasty and varied, and overall the stay was comfortable.
There were a couple of small downsides: the power outlets in the room are not very conveniently placed, and the room didn’t feel very warm at times. Nothing critical, but worth mentioning.
Overall, a solid hotel with good value for money and a generally positive experience.

Was absolutely wonderful and such a great location. Youssef and staff at the bar were amazing and very welcoming. Even the concierge staff were helpful and friendly, even remembered our last name as we would walk by. Now, the Dalmatian may have given that away but it didn’t matter because it’s those little details that make such a huge difference. Many many thanks to all the staff for a memorable little break.

We stayed for the third time at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Innsbruck and once again, the stay was an absolute bliss. The hotel is very central, close to the train station, but you can also park your car in the underground garage if you arrived by car. The room was spacious and cleaned unobtrusively every day. The air-conditioned gym is open 24 hours and has everything you need for a workout. The spa/wellness area was very calm as well as hygienic and clean, it offers a relaxation area, a steam bath and a Finnish sauna. Last but not least I want to emphasise the remarkable breakfast we had every day. The range of food is vast and the options differ slightly every day so that can always find something new. In my opinion, the best part of the hotel are the staff members who tended to our every needs. Everybody is super friendly and you really feel like they do everything to make your stay comfortable and quite an exquisite experience.

Newly refurbished hotel with spacious rooms and great view. Perfect central location. Front desk staff could be nicer but nothing serious. Breakfast was quite a standard except that many hot items were run out.

Fantastic! My wife and I loved it here. The rooms are spacious and bright, with views of the city and the mountains. Everything looks new from the couch and chairs to the bed, and bathroom fixtures.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, probably the most friendly we've encountered in this part of our trip. At check in, took the time to highlight all the best places to visit on the map, and then added a number of restaurants. We ate at several and they were also fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent, so many choices! Breakfast staff helpful too, with coffee and tea.

Parking was a little tricky. You park in the main tourist parking garage, and there is an area for the hotel, with a door marked hotel that you have to use to go to the hotel.

My wife and I are Marriott titanium elite and lifetime platinum. Definitely felt like they valued our status, which hasn't been the same elsewhere. When stays are this great, we definitely will add more.

This is a great value and a great place for couples and families. We definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

At a walking distance from the innsbruck rail station. Nice clean rooms. Gourmet breakfast. Excellent service.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the city center. Maher at the reception was very helpful.
