The hotel is nice from the outside, but the nightmare begins in the hallways leading to the rooms. The carpet is old and dirty, the bathroom smells strongly of mold, and the bedside tables are chipped. The dining room carpet is falling apart, and the food service is inadequate and improvised, with poor hygiene standards: both at breakfast and dinner... The waiters look sad and don't know what to do! It's a shame, with a good renovation and adequate staff, it would be a great place! Stay away from this place, don't waste your money like we did!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

I asked for a room change and was refused, I was arrogantly told that it was not possible because there was no one at the reception. Incredible, in a hotel that I paid over €90 for just one night. I do not recommend and will ask friends to review negatively. I do not recommend

It was a really bad place. Every euro was a euro too much. We had a double room for €100 a night and felt like we were in a hostel. The shower was broken, the carpet was ancient and disgusting. Running the whole place as a three-star hotel is like a bad joke.

A 5 night group stay from August 12 to 17. I came back covered in bedbug bites. We had room 211 and it was the bed on the door side that was infested with bedbugs. With the hot and stormy weather every night I thought about mosquitoes. This hotel is not serious because another participant in a group in July also had this very unpleasant problem!!!! Pleasant staff. Identical deserts all 5 days.

After visiting Liechtenstein, and the Neuschwanstein Castle, we arrived at the Hotel Edelweiss for our overnight stay. We arrived later than expected our check in was clumsy (we were part of a group of 40+). Once checked in, long wait for the elevator to go up to our room. Our room was dated, not very clean, and there was a bulkhead above the bed, certainly didn't work for us, my husband is 6ft tall and he didn't fit! No air-conditioning so the room was very warm. Even after opening all the windows, not much improvement. We had to ask reception for a fan to make sleeping bearable. Bathroom very dated, strange shower, and a hairdryer that is a serious fire risk. We were offered a buffet dinner, the options were very limited to pasta, schnitzel, chips, burger or dry chicken. We were not impressed, and we were not the only ones. Several members of our group had very similar experiences with dirty and in some cases, smelly rooms. Would not recommend staying here.

HOTEL WELL LOCATED in a village near Innsbruk but mediocre catering; No variety of appetizers and identical desserts for 5 days. Hot dishes more or less correct but overall canteen-type quality. Apparently the hotel operates mainly with groups. That's how I stayed there. Some places need to be renovated. One participant came back covered in bedbug bites.

The hotel is in an old, dirty, run-down state. A lady at the reception is totally incompetent and boasts that she is new here and has only been in Spain, but nobody cares. The foreign wait staff do not speak or understand German. The evening meal was a disaster. The fried chicken was a boiled, unseasoned leg that looked like it had just come out of a soup pot, the baked potato was still half raw. Mass processing of French tour groups, it is like a train station hall. Internet very bad. Parking situation very, very bad. Rooms are shabby, the bed almost fell apart. The highlight: the TV in the room did not work and despite several complaints to reception the problem was not passed on. The hotel manager promised to come and take care of the problem after another complaint, but that was not the case. I have never experienced such a lack of interest in a hotel guest, despite my reference to the European Football Championship. Overall the stay was disappointing, never again!!!!

Pleasant and friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast. Reasonable price for half board. There is a different choice every evening for dinner. I do not agree with the very negative opinions seen about this hotel.

Horrible experience! Misleading pictures in which you can only see the fact that the room are old, NOT very poorly maintained. Booked a room which, according to the description, was supposed to have a balcony, when we arrived, turned out it did not. Aside for the fact that in reality the initial room looked very poorly, the second one we were offered in exchange was worse. I've included some pictures, to sum it up: -the paint was chipping off the wall at the sitting area; -the carpet was worn down and torn in an area; -some of the furniture was very worn down; -room was not cleaned properly; -we had to immediately open the windows to clear out the bad smell in the room – seemed like cigar smoke;
