Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room comfort was well below my expectations. The bed consisted of two separate parts, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom was quite outdated and had a constant dripping water issue. The curtains were very thin and allowed too much light into the room early in the morning. There were visible cracks on the walls.

The internet connection was extremely poor; the Wi-Fi did not work properly and even the mobile signal in the room was very weak. Basic amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and even hand soap were either missing or not replenished daily.

Considering the price paid, the overall service and quality were disappointing. Improvements in maintenance, basic toiletries provision, and internet infrastructure are clearly needed.

Easy to get there from Innsbruck,the bus stop is couple of minutes away, couple of supermarkets nearby, located in a quiet village with great views to the austrian Alps
Spacious room and bathroom,even though a bit of refurbishment would be great
The pool is not that big but was very good for a relaxing swim,has also sauna
Pretty good breakfast, can't say the same about dinner because were many dishes from pork and we had to go vegetarian basically
As I said,a bit of refurbishment would be great because the hotel has potential
Dinner more diversified also because not everyone eats pork

The view from the terrace was superb,I could of stayed hours watching those beautiful mountains

Everything was perfect. The staff are incredible. From the receptionist to the waiters and the cleaning staff too, they are all so kind and caring and make you feel so safe and tend to all your needs. I was in Austria after booking a room and had my dog with me, being a hotel that does not allow dogs they immediately fixed me and my dog a room in their sister hotel 1 minute walk away from their main hotel. The food was super nice and a vegetarian option was always available too. I couldn’t recommend a more cosy and sweet stay, and its location is perfect too! Absolutely loved my stay here as a solo female traveler and I couldn’t recommend not recommend it more! When I come back here I won’t hesitate to book with Hotel Edelweiss again!😁

Placed at a beautiful location. Decent room with attached bathroom. Sauna and indoor pool was very useful. Good breakfast spread. Bus stop within 350 m.

We loved that the whole building and furniture are old, it added to the whole 'mountain cabin' experience. The rooms itself was very clean. The receptionist was really lovely too. 15 min drive to the city centre.

The hotel is nice from the outside, but the nightmare begins in the hallways leading to the rooms. The carpet is old and dirty, the bathroom smells strongly of mold, and the bedside tables are chipped. The dining room carpet is falling apart, and the food service is inadequate and improvised, with poor hygiene standards: both at breakfast and dinner... The waiters look sad and don't know what to do! It's a shame, with a good renovation and adequate staff, it would be a great place! Stay away from this place, don't waste your money like we did!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

I asked for a room change and was refused, I was arrogantly told that it was not possible because there was no one at the reception. Incredible, in a hotel that I paid over €90 for just one night. I do not recommend and will ask friends to review negatively. I do not recommend

It was a really bad place. Every euro was a euro too much. We had a double room for €100 a night and felt like we were in a hostel. The shower was broken, the carpet was ancient and disgusting. Running the whole place as a three-star hotel is like a bad joke.

A 5 night group stay from August 12 to 17. I came back covered in bedbug bites. We had room 211 and it was the bed on the door side that was infested with bedbugs. With the hot and stormy weather every night I thought about mosquitoes. This hotel is not serious because another participant in a group in July also had this very unpleasant problem!!!! Pleasant staff. Identical deserts all 5 days.
