Great spacious quiet room. Lots of hanging space and coat hangers! Great storage area for outdoor stuff especially when winter walking/skiing. Spa area large with indoor pool, steam room infra red room and jacuzzi as well as heated outdoor pool. Outside in the pool with snow falling - amazing! Also spa treatments available.
Excellent food, expertly cooked, presented and served. Ample choice and varied menus.

What mountain view?? We didn't have a window in the room. The breakfast was lovely but the room left a lot to be desired. Also had to run the taps for 5 mins before there was hot water

Everything about the hotel is great - from the moment you arrive and are greeted warmly at reception, to the moment you leave, and everything in between. Great rooms, great food and great staff!

Highly recommend this hotel, staff were very nice, the breakfast was awesome! I ate at Ninna's for dinner most nights, which was awesome too. Very good shower, bed, amenities, will be back.

This is a super traditional Austrian Spa Hotel. Food is excellent, rooms are comfortable. It is in a great location only a short walk from the railway station and town centre. Great facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna and relaxation areas. Indoor pool is open from 7 am to around 7 pm. Sauna's are open in the afternoon only. Hotel provides a good daily activities programme normally including a morning exercise class, a daily hike, sauna infusions etc. There are also free bikes for guests to use. In addition, the hotel arranges a free bowling evening at the sister hotel Alpen Park which is 5 minutes walk away. Really nothing at all to criticise, we had a super break and the hotel provided top class service for everything. Only comment would be the closeness of other buildings to the hotel which is not obvious from the website photographs.

It was incredible! The staff especially Oliver went out of their way to make everything enjoyable. Family run business too. The pool was kept pristine the saunas and hot tubs were so relaxing. Plenty of towels and loungers for guests. The food is top notch if you included the dinner. Walkable to transportation, shopping, and dining We will definitely be back next year!

We are staying here five nights as part of our two week trip in this area. Really like our room with its balcony, large bathroom, and mini fridge. Would have liked to have had a shower cap and some body lotion. Wow, what a fabulous breakfast, with so many selections. We had a glass of wine in the bar last night, which was way too brightly lit, and unfortunately, was almost deserted. Needs to be more lively.

We have visited this hotel many times in the past. This time it was not up to the standard we have previously experienced. The Greek manager was curt. The Bulgarian chef provided main meals that were not of the high standard we have previously been used to. The salads and breakfast choices were the only positive experiences. The constant pop music played in the reception and lounge appeared to be for the benefit of the staff. There was nothing Tirolean about the hotel, as there had been in the past.. The bedroom furnishings were well worn and tired looking.

On the whole this is a really lovely hotel which I would thoroughly recommend. The hotel is in a great position 5 mins walk from town and train station, ski bus stop is a short walk away, so easy to get to ski area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Staff are wonderful and could not be more helpful. Food very good, 4/5 courses every evening and wide range of breakfast options. But; the vast majority of the clientele of this hotel is 65+ and evening entertainment in the bar reflects this, as well as the choice of day excursions. We were a couple in our 30's so this was a little unexpected. The temperature in the dining room is unbearably hot, they could save themselves a lot of money by turning the heating down a few degrees. There is no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms which would've been nice. Overall we had a lovely weekend here and would love to return in around 30+ years time.
