Room size is perfect and well set up and clean. Breakfast is wonderful, staff very helpful and sincere. Dinner at hotel restaurant is awesome.

Outstanding! Mountain view. Breakfast!
OUTSTANDING! This was one of the very best places we have stayed anywhere in the world. Professionally run. Competent and friendly staff. Well maintained. Stupendous location. The mountain view is really worth it. The VERY BEST BREAKFAST we have had in a hotel stay as part of the bundled package. Easy bus ride to Innsbruck (hotel gave us passes). Wish we had stayed a few days more.

A great place to stay, conveniently connected to Innsbruck by a 30-minute ride on a train.

Although it is a bit far from the city center, it takes 40 minutes to take the STB, but it is very close to the station and only takes 5 minutes to walk. The advantage is that it is far away from the city center and the mountain view is hardly blocked by buildings. Most of the employees are Chinese and very friendly. The breakfast is delicious! The sauna is free! The indoor heating is sufficient!
This is a hotel I would like to visit again next time.

We encountered heavy rain on the way to the hotel, so it was already past 10 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. I booked a triple room with two large rooms and one small room on Ctrip, but the front desk found that Ctrip had mistakenly booked a room for two people. Fortunately, the person at the front desk was Chinese, otherwise, according to the foreigners' way of thinking, it would be a question whether I could check in! There were only double rooms available, so the front desk asked us to check in first and change rooms the next day. The next day, when we were having dinner at the restaurant, we found out that the owner was also Chinese. The owner and his wife were very friendly and made Chinese food for us that was not on the menu. The taste was amazing and the price was reasonable! The room is big, new and clean. The hotel is halfway up the hill with a wide view and beautiful mountain views across the street. This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip to Europe. It will definitely be my first choice next time I come back!

Gem in unlikely location
Modern hotel. Well maintained, comfortable room and bed. Restaurant on lovely patio overlooking a stunning countryside. Food is excellent. Parking garage under hotel.
Be sure to request room on the back overlooking the countryside not the front over the street.

The staff was great and the food was excellent. But there were things Americans are not accustomed such as no AC even though we asked to have it turned on. We were provided fans. The layout was odd in that outlets were in odd places, and, no mirror in the bathroom. The view was spectacular!!!!

Very clean and quiet . The view was incredible . Staff was courteous and check in was a breeze. We had dinner at the hotel and the waygu beef burger was delicious.

Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful stay and a good night of sleep There is no airconditioning in the room and the hotel might organize a party with live rock bands that play loud music till 2am. You need to sleep with windows closed in an oven

Stayed in one of the apartments for 4 nights. Great facilities, wonderful staff, excellent meals in restaurant. 100 yards from tram station. Good Wifi. The perfect location for visiting the Innsbruck area.
