Unfortunately the bar was closed during our stay due to a technical fault which was disappointing because as a group booking we hoped to socialise there of an evening
It became evident that the items were simply kept. The experience was made even worse by a particularly unpleasant receptionist who was on duty on August 3rd at 1:20 PM. She ultimately hung up on me. Had she not been so blatantly rude and unprofessional, I would not have written this review—but we were genuinely shocked by her behavior.
Our check-in took 45 minutes... first, we got the card from another room!!! Opened the door, and the colleague was standing naked in the room... Really moderately hot.
Because they were "overbooked" and had no idea.
The suggestion was, in the meantime, that they cancel the room and I get my money back. Without offering another hotel or anything... I first asked if the hotel was serious about it XD ***!!!
After that, a room suddenly became available.
I think :) that was the last time I was there ;)
Room (401) nice and comfortable, with balcony. Receptionists very nice to deal with. Breakfast also on the level expected - maybe would have liked more egg options.
If passing Linz in future, we’ll be happy to stay here again.
