Hotel Traube Braz in Bludenz

Was allowed to visit the Hotel Traube in Brac 3 times a day in the wellness area. About the hotel in general: - Very clean - well divided (wellness area, restaurant, sauna, ...) - friendly and polite staff (also with special requests) - Bags for the wellness area with towels, slippers, bathrobe, etc. (Unfortunately you have to pay for this) - Sufficient sanitary equipment on each floor. To the wellness area: - Sun loungers well spaced out both inside and outside - Sun loungers with tables and parasols. - 1 heated pool in which you can swim inside and outside - huge beds in the relaxation room with fruits and drinks - Brand new sauna area with relaxation rooms and ice pools in the basement. To the massage studio: - The treatment is excellent! -> Highly recommended - Shower in the massage room for privacy - Tea available in the waiting area beforehand - Partner bath with drinks and snacks for certain partner treatments To the restaurant: - The staff is ok (so far, unfortunately, it has mostly been quite unfriendly and the waiting staff have also been quite uncoordinated) - The food is delicious - The portions are unfortunately very, very small - Unfortunately, there is no value for money. Find Traube Braz a great spa hotel to get away from it all. It feels like a vacation when you are there. Also, it is always a pleasure to give out day spa packages to friends, family, etc., as they can be used to spend an unforgettable day together.

We honestly had a nice time here. The room was large, modern, and comfortable, the food was good, and the entire hotel was well maintained.

There were a couple of points, though, which were a little disappointing:

We very much enjoyed the quiet room, which was the most peaceful part of the spa in our opinion. Unfortunately, though, most of the noise you can hear in the room comes from the chaos taking place in the main spa. Children canonballing into the pool, water guns spraying everyone in the area, pool games and general playing. The rules for the spa make clear it is meant to be a place for relaxation, but nobody in the hotel enforces it at all. It meant a large part of the spa could not suitably be used at all for its intended purpose. Frankly, if the hotel were to enforce the rules them themselves defined then this would not nearly be a problem.

The breakfast was lacking quite a bit. There were almost no pastries, mostly bread, a few cold meats and cheese, and a small often empty area for warm food. What was there was nice, but most of the options were already gone and even if they weren’t it was still a limited choice.

As mentioned, we enjoyed the room. We did have some issues sleeping, though, since footsteps and other noises can be clearly heard from adjoining rooms. I believe the hotel did try to give us a room in a quieter area of the hotel, but unfortunately it’s more of a structural problem.

The last point is more of a unique issue. We had the half board so we were shown to our table on the first night. We were told we could choose any of the tables in this small section, so we chose the one near the window. After we got settled, we were then told we couldn’t sit there and we had to move to a table in a corner. “Ok, fine maybe the table is reserved” we thought. No, for the rest of our stay, every night, that table was either empty or used by guests of the restaurant. It seemed unnecessary to have moved us if there was no plan to have used that table. The manner this was done was not particularly pleasant either.

Overall this is a nice place to stay. The surroundings are beautiful and the hotel does well to make you feel comfortable. There are some easy things, in my opinion, that could be changed to make the experience here a lot better, though.

Great hotel, new clean, well thought out with excellent food and facilities. We stayed here and had a short drive to a ski place nearby.

We stopped to have lunch while travelling to Switzerland for the second time this year. The hotel has a nice parking and looks extremely curated with the best amenities. We were seated in one of the “Stube” to have lunch, a cozy area with traditional alpine furniture. The menu is based on traditional austrian and alpine dishes, including seafood and vegetarian options. We opted for the Zwiebelrostbraten, which is a roastbeefsteak with roasted onions, garnished with potato terrine, green beans and smoked ham; truly delicious and good portions.
Service was kind and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Found this Gem on our way to Innsbruck. It is the perfect blend of old meets new I love the blend of the old Austrian furniture mixed with all the new modern touches. This hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay, The rooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable with private balconies , a large swimming pool, spa ,bar and delicious food. I will definitely stay there again

Went on a one day workshop with my team. Had a memorable 24hrs stay. The room was comfortable. The food was of high quality and and full of flavour. The staff was the best. I will never forget my first visit.

Can't wait to go back. The hotel is gorgeous, service first rate, food as good as it gets. I was so impressed with everything. Warm floors and towels in the bath, comfy beds, such nice people, and a fun bar!

Wonderful people and service

Fantastic, very beautiful!!! one of the best places I ever been for vacation, I would never will forget this beautiful experience, I was there with my whole family member (3 kids, my wife and myself), surrounding the area you have a very beautiful view of the mountains, the food there is wonderful, we walked a lot around the area, and you will be never forget that beautiful experience!!! I suggest 100% this amazing place!!!
