Very good, central hotel. The owners and staff are very friendly, you feel very comfortable. The breakfast buffet can hardly be beat in terms of choice and quality, and there is a good wellness area. The hotel's restaurant is also highly recommended. The room was also very good. Price/performance is really very good, we would like to come back....

Das Köhle ist bestens gelegen für Skifahrer, man muss nur über die Straße um in die U-Bahn zu steigen und ist Minuten später bei den Skiliften von Serfaus. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind richtig gut, der Service ist zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war ruhig und sehr sauber, das Spa ist legendär schön.

Lovely hotel in the middle of Serfaus. Charming ambience, decent sized pool and wellness offerings as well as extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is excellent with more choice than anyone could need. Would definitely visit again!

We have been to the restaurant twice because it was really good. Good wine list, tasty pizzas. Child friendly and very pleasant service and wait staff.

Very nice hotel with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. Perfect location right next to the subway or a 10-minute walk to the valley stations. We had a very nice double room with a great bathroom. Very nice friendly staff at the reception in the restaurant.
A wellness area that has everything you need to relax. The swimming pool is quite spacious, only outdoors. We had great weather so we could make good use of it. We booked half board, a rich breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and the 5-course evening menu was sensational.

There were five of us for 10 days in this wonderful hotel and we felt very comfortable!
Everything modern and clean, very nice staff, unbelievably great breakfast buffet, pool and wellness area are also great.
The half-board menu was always very good. We were particularly enthusiastic about the flexibility in the restaurant with regard to our children, who always had a special request.
In general, we felt very welcome and can definitely recommend this hotel!
