Fascinating and relaxing experience
We booked a relax day ticket
We got towels , a short tour guide
And lounges in private area.

The breakfast was good
We had a small snack for lunch and wonderful dessert .

Let’s clear some issues up here. Since my review, which I stand by 100%, the mgmt
Mgmt has replied.

They said: ‘We would like to clarify that access to our sauna world is controlled through a separate turnstile. Entering this area therefore does not happen “without realizing it,” as guests must actively pass through this access point to enter the sauna area’. This is true that there are turnstiles however there is no signage anywhere around that area that informs the guest that travelling through the turnstile results in a 22 euro hit. If this was to be an effective method the turnstile should NOT allow a guest that has not paid for access to that area to enter. Period.

Second they claim “in addition, several clearly visible signs inform guests about the additional charge before entering. Our colleagues at the reception desk also explain the different areas of the resort and any possible surcharges when entering the AQUA DOME, especially to guests who are visiting us for the first time”. Not true AT ALL. Signage is poor and the staff that checked us in did NOT inform us if any addl charges to access different parts of the facility.

Third they say “Transparency is very important to us, and we always aim to ensure that our guests are well informed so they can fully enjoy their time at the AQUA DOME”. This is a total joke. If transparency was a key value for the mgmt the above comments about lack of disclosure would not be relevant. The mgmt team had every opportunity to recover by waving the addl charges when they were questioned but they chose not to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. Shameful.

Don’t go here. You’ll be charged extra if you end up going to the sauna/steam bath area without even realizing it and they don’t care - you’ll pay extra 22 euros. Cash grab without proper notification.

This review ONLY of THERMAL POOLS AREA… Beautiful place, but the water is way too cold though! Seriously disappointed as we looked forward to a refresh after two hard days of skiing only to find that ‘thermal’ pools in no way means hot pools. They need to post the water temps on site at check in and on their booking website. 95-97 degrees Fahrenheit doesn’t cut it in winter. Not when you pay 44€ to essentially have a public pool experience (if said public pool has no hot tub!!). We thought that surely the three circular pools outside would be warmer than the rest, but were quickly and sorely mistaken… all pool areas felt same temp and like when you take a bath at home and aren’t ready to get out but the water has become borderline too cold- that’s where they keep it. A shame because it’s a beautiful place. Be aware that admission to pools gets crazy busy at 6pm as price decreases…you’ll be jockeying for a locker, a poolside chair….imo not worth the price of admission at all. Hotel and spa package w sauna looked impressive but again we only did the pools.

All in all a good spa, hefty pricing with 82 Euros for one day (sauna and swimming pool). If you buy the Day Spa package, be aware that the tea, water and sunbeds are only available in the swimming pool area on the 2nd floor. It’s quite a walk from the sauna area so no use there - especially given that tea and water are the most relevant in the sauna.

The location of the hotel is very close to Solden ski resort and thermal bath and saunas are very good specially infusion sessions in sauna. It helps you to prepare for next ski day and relax your body. Be aware it is free textile sauna. The hotel provides 2 more floors only for hotel guests, if you need more private sauna and jacuzzi.
There are some points to improve. First, the signs of the hotel and thermal bath is very poor. You need lots of time only to explore the thermal bath and hotel and finally you get lost. It is a big resort and you need better sign to guide visitors.
Second is the room service. If you ask for towel or sth else you need to wait at least 1 hour and after 1 hour you should call them to remind you request! Disappointed for this kind of hotel.
Breakfast and dinner are very delicious with wide range of foods.

Room view was fabulous and the spa facilities was good. The only downside was photo taking were restricted in some areas and staff at the spa were not the friendliest and a smile would help. Overall a good experience.
