Reviews
The drinks were honestly bad. The Hugo and Aperol Spritz were extremely weak and tasteless.
The worst part, however, was the service. The waiter was unfriendly from the start and became rude and disrespectful when we chose not to leave a tip. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
With this attitude and quality, there is no reason to come back. We will definitely not return.
We stayed 7 nights as part of a group of 18 people, each family paying around €5,000. After more than 10 years of ski holidays, this is, without exaggeration, the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve had.
Yes, the hotel is renovated, with high-end bathroom brands (Axor, Villeroy & Boch) and a good ski location.
Unfortunately, the guest experience is extremely poor, and design investments do not compensate for it.
Sleep quality was terrible:
– extremely uncomfortable pillows (replacements were identical),
– very poor mattress sinking in the middle (I weigh under 65 kg),
– excessively dry air causing dry eyes and nasal dryness,
– constant traffic noise, making rest impossible.
Lack of basic care: broken slippers were never replaced, and even basic amenities like hand or body cream were missing.
Restaurant experience was the worst part.
Breakfast was mediocre (3/5 at best): empty trays, rare refills, and indifferent service.
When asking politely for unprocessed ham due to a medical diet, I was served salami; when I explained I can’t eat it, the waitress rolled her eyes and acted annoyed.
The final breakfast was shocking: while I was still eating, waiters started clearing my table without asking. When I calmly asked them to stop, I was told: “You are rude.” This is unacceptable behavior toward a paying guest.
Dinner was a disaster. Out of seven dinners, only two were acceptable. Main courses were clearly made as cheaply as possible and often nearly inedible.
Service was untrained and careless; a waiter even spilled oil on my child’s clothes without apology. Drinks are overpriced (even water), with glasses starting around €11.
Guests who prepaid half-board are treated as “captives”, while external restaurant guests receive better treatment.
On one evening, half-board guests were told the kitchen was closed at 8:00 pm, despite dinner being advertised until 9:00 pm, without prior notice.
Despite the location and investments, hospitality, respect, and guest care are fundamentally missing.
We will never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, professionalism, and basic respect.
The service was good and the restaurant is modern and felt very clean and exclusive.
The food was good!
The only feedback was that it was very warm inside, but other than that our experience was nothing but positive
Food is delicious.
