Overall a satisfying stay.. 2 Lady incharge for reception are very friendly & attentive.

Nice hotel, great location very central. We had a lovely big room overlooking the quiet pretty street at the back of the hotel, nice small shower room and spotlessly clean. We were on a Leger tour and were here 4 nights. Breakfast was very good both continental and some sausage, eggs beans etc. The evening meal was plentiful but you had no clue what was in the large casserole dishes of food. No guide at all, even a little note in Austrian in front of the pots would have helped. Beers a reasonable price but wine very expensive. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very nice spacious room. Great location in the centre of town near the railway Station. Very quiet room. Breakfast was extra but well it.

Unfortunate series of issues. 1. After 10:30, no body is at the front desk. Had to go to best western around the corner to pick up the keys.
My room was handicapped with a roll in shower. My bathroom did not have any hand soap or soap in the shower or shower gel or conditioner or hand cream. Luckily I brought my own. My room did not have any wash cloths in the shower. I had to put towels down in the bathroom because the shower did not contain any water. I could hear people on the street when laying down. Thin walls.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options but not included in price.

The hotel is "tired", if I may say so about the repair,but clean . No place to sit in the evening after 22h all cafes in the city, near the hotel were closed. Good insulation in the rooms is part of the Windows overlook the building across the street, but thick curtains save. The hotel's terrace in the spring of 2018 was being repaired. Breakfast is good, but without him, there is a selection of cheeses, good meats, fruit enough,yogurt is good, but if the party is over, we will have to wait about another 30min (so it was with scrambled eggs and sausage). Water and Minibar in the room no, told to drink from the tap. The hotel is directly at the castle Stenburg, 5min walk to the large Spar supermarket and all the shops. The city is very pleasant,from the hotel you can walk to the river, all nearby. The restaurant in the castle is not very much.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
"Check in took forever. They did not inform me the restaurant was closed for a private function. My room remained cold all night radiators totally inadequate and switched off in the middle of the night told by staff all rooms would be cold like mine!! Internet kept dropping every few minutes. Although check out was at 12am I was disturbed by housekeeping 4 times asking me what time I was checking out. The room was also very expensive."

A good option to be in the Feldkirch area! I had a slight issue with the light switch not working in my bathroom, but with the room itself no other real issues. They provide a password to the WiFi that corresponds to your stay. The blankets were quite warm at night, and the breakfast was phenomenal. Loved being able to walk to all of the shops that were so close by! The one thing to note is the hotel does not have parking, so you must park in the underground parking next to Rössle Park. This was not a big deal. There is an underground walk way that can take you there and back easily.
