I have arrived yesterday, and even though this not spring time but feel very good here, specially the attitude and behave of Mr. Rahber (perhaps the Owner of the property) also their staff 👍 I would strongly recommend this property 👌 and beloved ❤️ people. The villa is very nice and the owner is helpful. We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed our stay. The only problem is that the offered breakfast is self-made. They provide raw material and you make your own breakfast. And the location is very very far from the city center, suitable for quite stays and relaxation time.

Very convenient location! Hotel's made very well - lap of nature and cute vibes! Rooms are also decent having all basic ammenities one would expect! The mattress is old so it's not the best for sleep. Breakfast was okayish - limited options.

Stayed for a couple of nights - simple hotel, but the room was clean, a good size, comfortable and with adequate facilities - no complaints at all. Nice gardens surrounding the hotel building and a pleasant breakfast enjoyed in the garden. I went to inquire about the availability of rooms and for one and look into the hotel itself and see the situation. I was impressed. Design and furnishings for real 5 stars. Parking is available, underground. Accordingly, the machine will not heat up under the scorching sun. The hotel is on the second line. The sea is across the road 100 meters from the hotel.

Soooo, nice. Feels out of the world. Looks picturesque. On the highway, out on the main town. Very Friendly guys/ boys run it. Good for single male traveller, group of guys only. The hotel is excellent, the staff is polite, at any time of the day or night they answered questions of interest. All staff speak Russian fluently, so do not be afraid that you will not be understood. The hotel is located near the center. Taxi arrives in less than 5 minutes.

I have just spent a lovely week at The Flamingo for an unbelievable £90 through ***********. I arrived very early & paid a small surcharge, however was allowed to keep my room free of charge until 16.30 on departure. I booked a single room, but was upgraded to a spacious double. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, a great spot for watching the sunset. The rooms are large, the facilities are average, the service is average, the breakfast is average, and the restaurant is very cost-effective. I recommend it! However, when I checked in, there was garbage in the bathroom trash can that was not cleaned, and there was no stool in the room, which was very unpleasant.

The hotel is really great. First, the location is excellent. The terrace at the door overlooks the mountains and you can watch the sunrise and sunset without leaving the room.

The restaurant of the hotel is 50% more expensive than other elite restaurants nearby. Piti for example is 10.5 manats but it is 7-8 manats everywhere else say in Gagarin's. The tea set starts from 24 manats whereas in the center of the city in most elite restaurants it is 21. Service is also not good. I recommend just staying in the restaurant and not eating or drinking there.

Good value for money, perfect location to live in downtown but boss lady was very rude and annoying and kept yelling at the staff in local language.

Its location is ideal, right between the old and new parts of Baku making it easy to explore the city's rich history and modern attractions. There are several Indian and Pakistani restaurants nearby, which made dining comfortable for us. Additionally, there's a public park close to the hotel where kids can play and spend their time. Overall, a good family friendly place to stay.

The location is super. Very beautiful street. The hotel is on the 5th floor. Cleaning, drinking water, towels, everything was changed every day. Didn't even expect it. The staff is super polite. We liked everything, if we are in Azerbaijan we will be happy to come back.

Clean and good rooms. The check in/check out was smooth. The staff were super friendly and helped us with late check out. The breakfast was standard but it was sufficient. There were no water bottles in the room, however it was provided upon request. Basic amenities were available in the bathroom including towels. This place is located in a prime area and is half a mile away from nearby metro station

I stayed here for 2 nights. I have excellent experience of this place. Rooms are neat and clean. Every necessity is well arranged except meals. Good for stay. Restaurant is attached and setting place is excellent. Especially the grapes are so yummy. Staff is very cooperative. Its budget friendly.

Nice hotel clean and the staff are so helpful and try to do what ever they can and have to make you saticfied, the location is not bad, if you will ise the public bus there is a bu stob 50 metres from there. And the thing that I loved most was the yard behind the hotel (in the photo) as will there is a restaurent there. The price is reasonable and logic

Perfect hotel to stay at. The owner is very professional. Very good service. Everything's clean and new. Private watched parking. You can use the washing machine and iron your clothes for free. The bed-sheets are so fresh and nice. My stay was very comfortable. Many thanks to the personnel.
