The hotel is on the fifth floor of the building, and the restaurant is also located there, so don't expect peace and quiet. On our first night there, someone's birthday party was going on until 1:00 AM. There was a huge crowd, music, dancing, singing... in short, we didn't get a good night's sleep. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast was okay, but the tea wasn't tasty.

The location was convenient and in a place with wide streets. It was a beautiful, spacious, refreshing hotel. The staff was polite and respectful. The location is just perfect. And the service is good, we had no problems, everything went smoothly. The only problem was that the mini fridge in the room was not working.

Stayed here for one night. My itinerary was crazily packed, so upon arrival I asked for a check-out at 6 AM, among other requests. I thought I would just have to place the key at the front desk, but I was surprised to find a staff at the desk handling the checkout for me at 6 AM. Good place to stay in Sumqayıt. They have child cot bed. Comfy rooms with excellent sea view. Only refrigeretor were a little bit noisy. Thanx a lot to Nuriyya, Roya, Tamkin, Mahir and other guy I forgot his name he works at restaurant:). Friendly, nice people..

Lovely remote hotel in the countryside. Very comfortable rooms and great service from all staff.

We stayed one night here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view over the river was beautiful. The food was excellent, as well as the service. The only issue was having to have your dinner in the room where the DJ was playing, so it's a bit loud.

Resort in Lankaram It a very nice set up if you are a family they have the pool, play ground.The room was nice and spacious. On the bad side on the weekend the music i was very loud but to compensate they have a beautiful buffet breakfast with lots of choices. The staff are very nice and friendly. Very nice hotel in a quiet place, we’ve been staying there for two days and really enjoyed - everyone who work there were extremely friendly and helpful. On our first day we received big plate of fruits from hotel. There was everything to spend time with comfort, the room was cozy, the restaurant prepared tasty dishes, it’s possible to use swimming pool.

Good with room for improvement The overall hotel is good and clean, with very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. However, the loud music outside the rooms can get on your nerves. It would be better if the music volume were lowered, and classical music were played instead of pop music. This change would greatly enhance the atmosphere and ensure a more relaxing experience for the guests.

In general not bad. The room was spacious with nice view. It has kettle in the room, breakfast was delicious, service at hotel and at cafe outside was fine. The only problem we had was with the water in the room. It was either very hot or very cold. They were not able to fix it and informed that it was the same at whole hotel.. you have to run water for about 10-15 minutes to get somewhat suitable...

The hotel is located next to the beach and has a large swimming pool, but the overall hygiene is average. Breakfast is not served until 9 am and is also very average. There is nothing to eat. The overall operation feels poor.

The room was ok. Functional. But the staff considering they spoke little English made me feel very welcome and helpful. They made every effort to make me feel at home. It’s considered a 2star hotel not 4! Small breakfast and the same everyday. Bad location. Rooms are small. Toilets always have a bad smell. Two floor hotel with no elevators but the stuff carry your luggage upstairs. Good and helpful service. Stuff speak fluent English. Good for short vacations.

The hotel is located on the road from Sheki city to Kish village. Silent and peaceful place to rest and just 5 minutes to the city center by car. Good surrounding and views, humble staff

One of the towels had a hole in it. The internet only worked after we complained about the lack of it. The toilet was dirty and was not cleaned even after our request. The drain in the shower stall worked terribly. All the water spilled on the floor. In general, the impression is rather negative. I stayed in this place for 5 days and I had a really nice experience. Although the staff spoke no/limited English, but they were helpful and warm. We communicated using Google translate and all worked well. The free breakfast was good and the lunch and dinner at a price of 5 manat was good, but make sure you go a little early. 81 manat for two, breakfast included, spacious room but beds were not comfy. Breakfast was like an average teacher’s guesthouse breakfast, below par, in Türkiye.

Room size very big. Location excellent, close to tourist attractions in Nakhchivan City. Staff helpful. Can help to arrange transportation and arrange tour to anywhere in Nakhchivan region. Restaurant menue is not in English language. Buffet breakfast (included in room price) is OK. Sometimes late night meals not available, so have dinner early.
